The Human image is her main appearance. Except she has along her face covering the sides of her face from beside her eyes down to the middle of her cheeks, her fore head, nose, above the lips, and around her mouth is plane skin. Her shoulders are covered in the scales. While her arms, legs and mid back are not. She doesn't have a snakes tail. Lilly's arms may not have scales but on her right arm shoulder she does have a hydra tattoo embracing what she is. The tattoo is done in black ink but not solid ink. In the image you can clearly see three serpent heads, what looks to be the attached body surrounded by low clouds and waves of the ocean. The end of the tattoo reaches her elbow on her arm. Her legs people mainly know she seems to have two, but no clue the appearance for her legs are covered up mostly. She hardly every wears something without at least a pair of tights.
Reason for a Hydra Image?
Lilly can shift into a Hydra but it takes a lot of concentration. She's only done so a small few times, never more than three heads and sometimes it's really only a serpents tail she can make out of the shifts. The reason for her efforts will be explained in the history.
Personality:
When first meeting Lilly it doesn't take much to learn she can be quit creative. She seems to be pretty open minded about ideas, but does have a good hold on ideas of her own. She likes looking at things different than what might be normal of others, however, she doesn't always point out what she might notice of things. She often times seems very social when meeting her for the first time, if your not in a crowded room, but she certainly isn't a extrovert social butterfly. She is somewhat an extrovert though more than an introvert. Lilly will also be found sitting in crowded places in the corner with a nice book or item that can distract her from the large crowd.
Lilly is also very stubborn at times, unwilling to give in to something she feel isn't right. She can be blunt at times towards others when she isn't watching what she says and she doesn't always thinks about how she might affect someone's feelings. She doesn't have control on most of her negative emotions especially anger. Once she's upset anything might set off the fuse for a long drawn out set of explosions. Her stubborn nature can make anything that's angered her turn into a grudge that will last who knows how long.
Some positive traits about Lilly is enjoys reading, drawing, most creative things that allow her imagination to flow. Lilly is intelligent especially when it comes to anything dealing with the atmosphere. She is Brave and willing to stand up for herself, she won't take much crap from anyone giving her a hard time. But sometimes her anger over the situation may push her actions to far. She's determined to get any task done she puts her mind to even if this involves trying a few times. Lilly is protective of those she cares for, and shows compassion towards close friends and her mother.

Knowledge About the Water Cycle & weather- Lilly won't admit it but she's probably a nerd of weather. She knows a lot about Atmospheric Sciences, and could talk your head off about the water cycle or simply clouds.
Outside the Box thinking-Lilly doesn't always seem to take difficult situations head on but often from a different angle. If something looks difficult whether it's a puzzle or just getting through a less crowded road, she may take a moment and complete the task from the middle out, or go down less know roads to get to a destination.
Agile- From time to time shes gotten herself into some pretty tight corners. Slipping out easily almost like a slippery snake, or in Lilly's case Serpent. She's pretty good at dodging some close calls but certainly isn't perfect.

She has a short tempered, once she's upset it doesn't take much to tip her over the ice burg and have a full Tsunami or blizzard on your hands. Whelp she's just out of luck when it comes to focusing, she freaks out, grows super silent, starts shaking, and would like to slowly go down and lay in the ground or find a nice corner to hide in.

Another item she usually tries to carry on her hip is a small water looking pouch, this water isn't for drinking but to help encase small monomers she might need with her water ability (Think of Katara in Avatar the Last Air Bender)
Lilly doesn't know much about how her mother met her father. Leading up to them eventually having a Halfling Human Hydra daughter. Lilly does know she was born inside The City of Grand Doma. She has never met her father who is the Hydra her mother fell in love with. She hears from relatives her mother made a great mistake, and that Lilly should have never been born. Lilly's mother however cares greatly for her daughter. Reassuring her that Lilly's father isn't a bad man like the rest of her known family believes. Lilly doesn't know if this is true or not though, but she doesn't wish to upset her mother with further questions.
Just know Lilly growing up wasn't the easiest. Living in the city and hearing the rumors, which is all they every were to her. She often had to go down less crowded streets. She only lived with her mother in the poor side of the city alleyway. On the top floor of a three story building.
Lilly had to learn how to defend herself on those streets. Her mother didn't have the money to send Lilly to learn self defense. So Lily had to teach herself. She ended up finding ways to learn Tai Chi by watching through a window at a local studio. Which actually came in handy defending from thugs who didn't have a gun pulled on her. Sometimes she didn't prove as lucky going home and had to just give up her money. From an allowance she earned over two weeks by helping her mother around the house.
The rumors about her father didn't ever stop just seemed to grow worse as Lily grew older. She believed it was something to due with her father being a Hydra and tales she saw in books. But her mother was convinced she had nothing to worry about for Lily hadn't been showing any signs of being a Hydra. Heck she didn't seem to have a front at all unlike her mother who could somewhat control ice.
Then one day coming home to her mothers after working closing shift at the books store. Something forever changed. She had just begun working at the bookstore once she turned 15 to help bring in money to pay the bills. She hadn't ran into any trouble for 2 years. This time it wasn't a knife, it wasn't just an ambush of 3 thugs. It was an ambush of 4 thugs and two had guns. Lily had said for them to just take the money that's always what they're after. But not this time she was no longer some pipsqueak kid. But a 15 teen year old girl. Who had gone from brave taken on the few runs ins she's had not being out numbered, and something she knew could take her life right beside her on two sides. Her arms held out by two different men, one behind her keeping her from trying to turn back. One more in front of her with a evil grin.
Lily thought they would do whatever these men wanted with her then leave her for dead. And she had no power to do anything to stop them. That was until is started to rain. She breathed listening to the men go on about what they planned to do with her. She could feel herself getting pissed off by many different factors, one who were these thugs she's never seen them around before. What made them think she was powerless? If they didn't have guns she would of already worked on breaking out of the two men's grips and kicked there butts. But she hadn't because those who had her hands had a gun to her head.
As the rain began to quickly pick up she noticed for some reason it didn't seem to touch her but the thugs were already soaked. She knew about the different front types. She had read about them in books, heard neighbor kids talking about what front they learned they had. While she thought she had none. Then when the man in front of her put a hand on her black hoodie and touched the zipper she looked up. With one idea in mind, "Get away from me" She stated hoping something would happen. The rain responded and came at the guy like small needles. Pushing him back.
She didn't wait to react with the two holding the guns knowing they were sure to fire. She chose to use the Tai Chi move washing the organs to force both arms up above her head to try and gain just a second before the guns could fire. The men jumped both missing their intended target. Next she pulled her arms close then pushed off in the direction for the two thugs hopping to get them to lose grip, and at the same time stomped on the last one's foot really hard. Afterwards she bolted where she came almost tripping twice barely getting away.
When Lilly eventually got home she told her mother why she was so late, and what she discovered. The next day she tried to simply move water within a glass and showed her mother. A few weeks had passed since she had gone out from her home last. Her mother never told Lilly if her father was alive or dead but at the bookstore mail had arrived. In it was a letter from her father saying she would one day be just like him. There was instructions on what she should buy to better defend herself.
Lilly wasn't sure if she trusted him but did continue to practice the water front. Lilly even used the money her father sent to get proper training in owning a dagger, and now keeps twin daggers with her anywhere she goes. By the age 18 she learned that not only can she use the water front but also the ice front and her ice is stronger than her mothers. How she discovered this was from thinking about how water can become a solid which is ice and how the ice fits into the water cycle, or how water particles are ice crystals often times in the clouds way up in the sky. The cold helps her form ice easier than warm or humid climate days so she knows there is much she still needs to improve.
Lilly never tried to get involved with law enforcement. She felt it was a bad idea with the area she lived, rumors of her father, and the fact they probably see her as a troublemaker. She had always assumed she had been laying low even with knowing just a few people in town or customers of the bookstore. But she must of been very wrong for one day at age 22 there law enforcement was. Or her idea of what government law officials looked like. Government official of Doma had come to her doorstep, well her mother's doorstep looking for her. Not her father, not about reports of a recent attack on a civilian in the neighborhood. But no a government official of Doma had arrived here for Lilly Lotus Levine. Why were they here? Well, somehow some way they learned about her front ability and what she could do with it. Now she's being offered to properly deal with those involved in crime but not the petty crime she's been use to oh no real crime. Real felonious was this a job meant for her Lilly's first thought was Hell NO, but after taking a moment and glancing at her mother. She sighed knowing maybe this would pay more than anything she's ever done for work before. Maybe her mother could get out of this hell hole of a neighborhood. Plus maybe overtime she could learn some truth about her father.
"Alright I accept your offer. I'll work with your team." Lilly replied.

Hey there guys, just informing you guys that there gonna be a delay in the next post since its exam season. Don't worry I'm still here. Anyways, I wanted ask about the history between your characters. Do you guys want to flesh the past out a bit between our heroes? Like what type of relationship they had with each other during the training period? Rivalries with team members or other teams (Alpha squad)?
Well, Tiresias would have been friendly with everyone, or at least made an attempt at it. Definitely wouldn't have told them anything in depth about himself, and it would have taken him a while to warm up to anyone. He would have let the human illusion drop after the third or fourth day of training most likely.
I think Amina would have gotten him out of his shell the fastest since she's very center-stage, and he just gets the impression that she's a more relaxed person to talk with. Of course, he'd still keep things pretty hush hush because he doesn't exactly trust anyone farther than he can throw them, and considering how everyone's pretty much taller than him and literally multiple times his own weight, the physics just don't allow for throwing.
He's a bit concerned about having Lilly on the team since she's practically a kid, and in turn is a bit protective of her too. Of course, he knows that she isn't a kid, no way in hell would they put her on the task force if she was, but the way she acts just brings out his inner mom or something. Whenever she wipes out his first reaction is to try and stop the fall, but he knows that that won't work because he's a literal twig so he's resigned himself to attempting to pick her back up and making sure that she's alright.
Willow is a person. Tiresias hasn't made up his mind yet about whether he likes the guy or hates him. Like, because he gets the job done right and is actually smart about how he does it. Hate, because while he does some damn fine work, it's always for a price. With an operation manual like that, Ty is very cautious to ask anything of the man. But yet he also admires that too, because who hasn't used their abilities for some kind of power grab? Hell, his old man did, he did back in middle and high school, a paycheck is a paycheck. But it still seems vaguely warped and doesn't align in his moral compass.
As far as rivalries go, Ty doesn't like the one short blue haired girl from Alpha Squad. She sends off a strong negative vibe that he can vaguely pick up on due to his psychic font and it's pretty obvious that she had a problem with him during training. So he just makes it a habit to disappear and walk the hell out of practically any situation involving her. He doesn't have the time or energy to deal with all that. Alpha's leader seems too friendly, and it raises some red flags in the back of his mind. He puts in a bare minimum when it comes to conversations with the guy. Everyone else seems nice enough, maybe? He hasn't really had a lot of interaction with the rest of them.
