Ability Name: Neon Manipulation
Description: Allie and her sister both posses neon manipulation, the ability to channel, concentrate and manipulate neon gas. The sisters were born with this ability and each trained in their own specific specializations of the power.
Weaknesses: It is a highly unruly ability and relies largely on storing neon from outside sources, such as neon signs, etc. If the sisters push past their limits and overuse their supply, it can become highly unruly and extremely dangerous for them and those around them. Neon manipulation is also very unsubtle. The twins do not to stealth missions. ]something about appearance hehrehruhre]

☆ Both Walsh twins are capable of shooting concentrated amounts of neon from their finger tips that cause the same amount of damage as a traditional bullet. Deadliest finger guns around these parts. Can also be used to create absolutely beautiful graffiti. This ability is probably the easiest to pull off for the twins.

☆ Both Walsh and her sister are capable of transforming themselves into neon in order to move at superhuman speeds, jump large distances and even run up vertical surfaces. They have yet to determine which one is actually faster. This ability is not subtle--they leave a trail of bright color behind them.

☆ Allie's specialization comes in the purer form of manipulation neon. While both sisters can shoot neon bullets from finger tips, Allison can generate a larger amount and manipulate it further. A favorite of her techniques is Scatter shot, allowing her to fire neon bullets that she can shatter into smaller ones as well as grow her bullets into deadly projectiles, and even add a bit of an explosive kick.

☆ The Walsh sisters are also capable of amping each other's abilities but this is an incredibly draining process that will lead to mutual exhaustion after use.

Water poured in from the ceiling, splashing upon terrified faces, bodies clad in hospital attire. Rows upon rows of cells, cells much to big for an animal. Cells she knew. Three clear partitions, water sloshing against it. A girl with dark hair willing with all her might, the pressure increasing, and glass shattering.


A cold room with warm furniture. A familiar freckled face with long red hair, straighter than her own. A glimmering purple void.

She fights with a samurai style, using a katana fueled with terrifying water abilities.

A crowd favorite, Lava King is a popular name among the public and ten year old boys with action figures alike. However gentle he may be, criminals do not often escape his molten clutch.

Nobody in their right mind can say they hate Hummingbird. Easily the kindest, prettiest, and cutest superhero currently out there. An absolute pacificst, Hummingbird hardly ever resorts to using violence but can still easily wipe out criminals with her potent abilities. When using her superspeed, she leaves a signature glowing purple trail that always seems to end abruptly early. She's often found doing simple things too, like pulling cats out of trees.

Scarlet Shifter is well known for her signature tiger form. She is commonly found robbing jewelry stores and items of value, though for her first appearance she was almost mistaken for a circus animal on the loose. Scarlet is still at large, and can easily get away with whatever she wants due to the ability to go from a mouse to a big cat in a matter of seconds, easily recognize able due to her red markings on each shift, no matter the animal.

Millennium Man's reputation is slowly going down the hole, and his ego is taking the place of every headline.

Ditch has never actually been seen in the flesh. Ditch has been creditted for stopping countless criminals with a simple press of an enter key. Though they fight hackers with hacking, the police seems to turn a blind eye witch Ditch. It's rumoured they're starting a group to combat Umbra.

Pathfinder started out as a myth, then a vigilante, then a hero. Known to the superhero world as the most elusive super, Pathfinder was the common butt of a joke, and more a myth than anything. Highly sought after, ironiccally, by people who needed someone or something found, Pathfinder went into hiding for a time until reemerging with his new partner, Majestas. After a breif duo career in the limelight, they created Starteam with the help of a few other vigilantes, the first superhero league known to the world.

Pathfinder's other half, Majestas is known for her explosive power range and prowess in combat. The two are an ever popular superhero duo, and even moreso after they created Starteam together. The ever expanding merchandise collection only furthers their fanbase, but Majestas is best known for her vigilante days with Pathfinder, and their relationship has always been one the public loves to follow. They're a favorite superhero couple.

Credited as a core founder of Starteam, Agony is awed for his powerset. Seemingly unable to die, he is generally Starteam's first line of defense, or rather, the first guy they throw in to make sure that other people don't get killed. Bullets pop out and heal on their own, and limbs regrow for Agony. He has a second power that only few claim to have seen him use; when a limb is cut off, a duplicate grows. Most credit this as a speculation. Despite no offensive abilities, he is a surprising marksman.

Shockwave

A fearsome metahuman known for his startingly potent abilities, Shockwave is another core member of Starteam, and one of their heaviest hitters. Another core member of Starteam, Delphinium is a light presence compared to the rest of her team. Though not a hard hitter, she is known as their manipulator. With the ability to control one's pheremones, she can anger, calm, or do just about whatever she pleases to make someone feel something. Bees seem to be attracted to her.

Powers: Darkness Manipulation

Starteam's youngest core member, and one with what might be the most terrifying powerset. Dusk is often compared to the supervillain Umbra in abilities, and that much is true. She hasn't tried to deny it. But Starteam has vowed that that is where their similarities end, and she hasn't given reason for one to propose otherwise. Dusk is a valuable and powerful member of Starteam, and is always on the right side of a fight. Despite the evidence, her fanbase is still limited, and certain artists prefer to leave her out of the comics.

A vigilante with ever growing popularity, Gallant is best known for his knightly getup and theme. He fights with the prowess of a medeival knight, and dresses like one too. It's his gimmick. Among with his excellent prowess in swordsmanship, (who is this guy?) he has powers that seem to activate when he slams his sword into the ground, creating a boom of energy enough to knock his opponent a distance away. He's a crowd favorite.

A frightening hero, though a hero nonetheless, one always knows when Lightning is about to appear, because a thunderstorm always preceeds her. With her mastery of the weather, she can force a lightning bolt to strike wherever she pleases, earning her the name. Another trademark feature would be her missing left arm, though it's been fashioned with what looks to be a highly functional prosthetic. Luckily, she's right handed.

Name: Fisher Hawkins

Another popular hero, Knockout is considered a sort of underdog. He's a bit goofy in his ethic, but puts on a great show. His powers are a bit of a mystery of the public, and people wonder if he has some sort of super strength, which isn't quite true. Knockout is one of the few heroes who enjoy saying hello to the cameras, and his recent partnership with new hero Wisp has media outlets in a frenzy to understand their relationship. (Depending on the timeline, in a horrible battle, Knockout's identity was exposed.)
