I know that a lot of people come to this section of the forum to vent (which is part of what this section is for, so that makes sense). Sometimes they're just little things but sometimes there are vents about personal mistakes, anxiety, negative thoughts, etc.

That's why I thought that I would offer up a resource. It won't fix your problems but maybe it can help you escape negative thoughts and head in a more constructive direction:
