[RECENT] TIMELINE OF EVENTS – BEFORE AND AFTER RONAAN (BR. & AR.)
b.r. clarification: before RoNaan means before his death and includes his life in its entirety.
BR. The War of 602: In the era Before RoNaan; when the Herald before Him was still protecting the realm against the darkness of the Netherwell, the world suffered a great loss of its population. The realm was in open war with the darkness and every man, woman, and child in the Three Known Lands were affected.
BR. The Battle of Skaarsburg: In the battle of Skaarsburg, RoNaan showed the realm that he was, indeed, the next Herald. It's said in three nights RoNaan and his Band of Warriors were able to cut down ten thousand men, two hundred squadrons of golems and a hundred elemental demons.
BR. RoNaan's Heir: Before his death, RoNaan was able to witness the birth of his only heir. A female Roanite who would go on to revolutionize the world, just as her father did. Wherein he died saving the world, his daughter, the rest of his Warriors, and the followers he inspired, brought it back to life. Cressida the First, Heir of RoNaan, settled in what is now Caerdean and founded the Council of Elders.
AR. Lulea's Comet: Every eight hundred years a green-gold comet lingers in the sky for exactly one week and then vanishes. During this specific Lulea's Comet, nearly five hundred years ago, natural disasters erupted across the realm. Ash spewed across Lorasea, tornadoes swept across the Orcosian landscape, and tsunamis impacted the Marsean coasts. Rebuilding took years and many alliances were forged during this time of turmoil.

THE RIFT IN KAVOLA
IT STARTED WITH WAR AND ENDED WITH THE BURNT FLESH OF THE LIVING...
A year after the war of 1262, a small band of freedom fighters find the second rift in the Weave. Unbeknownst to them, holed away in a cave local to Kavola, these fighters happen across an evil far greater than the one they flee from.

It is said the world was born from thunder and fire, and from that union came the Forgotten One, who created us all.
The World of Ykglenda is a world of magic; a world of chaos and aether culminating in a realm bursting with raw untethered energy. The inhabitants of the land most commonly known as RoNaan's Realm have been so deeply drenched in this "magic" that over the millennia it has resulted in physiological changes in every species that call the planet home.
The Forgotten One, or simply, The One, created all that is known. The Sylphaer, regardless of their separation throughout Ykglenda, worship this entity. They alone remember, if only but a wisp of what He was and what He did for them all. The Sylphaer chronicle the Realm in fear of forgetting, in longing of discovering something new or never before discovered. To Walk the Path of Guidance is to remember not only the past and record it, but to herald in the future of those grounded.
If not them, who else would Guide them?
