June 24, 2048 | midnight | Hotel Ares—staff lounge - main entrance

Kang Ji-sum (@Mr. Calcium), Dr. Matsumoto (@Rose305)

In the staff lounge, Peter sat curled up in a corner chair, deeply immersed in an e-book with his long legs pulled into his chest and phone resting on his knees. The chirp of a notification from his tablet stirred him from his focus, pulling the young man from his novel with a blink and a glance to the device sitting on a side-table. Letting his phone slide into his lap, he leaned back and retrieved the device, opening it and finding that the notification was of a new figure attempting to gain admittance. Immediately he set his phone aside, standing and hastening from the lounge.

As he walked into the main foyer, he cast an observant eye over the badly injured woman through the clear gate and hissed a concerned breath through his teeth. The amount of blood that she was losing told him how severe her injuries were, let alone the placements of the injuries themselves. She needed help and urgently, but first protocol still needed to be upheld.

Checking his tablet again to see what the gate was reading, he instructed her in his quiet but calmly authoritative voice, "Please leave all weapons and potential weapons in the entrance and touch your wrist to the scanner by the door." Meanwhile, in a few quick taps he sent a message to Dr. Matsumoto about the new patient—her injuries seemed to be right in her line of expertise. He would inform the doctor which suite he would transport the patient to when she was confirmed a member.

[/fieldbox][fieldbox=", #00b359, dashed, 15"]There seemed to be no more questions or directions needed as Star Girl got into a nice conversation with their Monkey. He made a scoffing sound as she repeated those words of him having a crush. Love was only of the few emotions he had never been able to grasp or understand. For him it seemed more troublesome to love another than it really benefitted anyone. The power love could hold over a person... It made them irrational. So no, it was definitely not something that fitted with the cold emotionless man he was. He did not say anything as he turned and left the Suite.

Fiorenzo quickly made his way to his own room down the hall and switched out of the bloodied white shirt. His fingers took another crisp white shirt out of his collection. Some might say it was crazy to wear white with his line of work and the high risk of getting stains in it, but he couldn't care less about it. It might be one of the illogical things he did indulge in his life. He slipped on the light blue jacket again, buttoned up his sleeves and got going again. He glanced over towards the gate, stare for a moment stuck on the interesting sight there. Yet he refocussed quickly. That was up to Matsumoto to deal with, after all she was doing paperwork and he was late for his appointment with the Dog. Well, the Dog had been late, but they should get it over with anyway.

The Doctor knocked, giving the other some seconds to get decent if needed, before going into the room. "Good evening, Romeo," he greeted the other. He only used his real name when they were alone and in private. "So, talk to me. Usual questions. How do you feel? Did your pain increase? Do you feel more flexibile?" They had been over this more than enough times by now. He took his jacket of once more as he got closer. Screen, most recent scan of the torso," he commanded. He looked up at the wall next to them that the Xray pictures were projected onto so he could see the progress over the last few weeks. "I wanted to make new pictures today, but with your little trip I don't think it would be the best idea now," he said. The muscles tissue and everything most likely had been affected by the exertion and thus swollen and would give not an accurate image. "I will schedule you for pictures the day after tomorrow," he said, more so the other would not get stupid ideas again that would conflict with his studies. "Now I will just treat the wounds once more."[/fieldbox]

The sound of rain is deeply comforting. Whenever it would tap against the window or patter across the roof of where he slept, its sounds would carry him to sleep like a lullaby. It would often mean the room was cool enough to comfortably have a blanket. A bit cold by himself, alone in his bed, though he managed. Better than sweltering hot.

Except, at the moment, Shun didn't care about any of that. He wasn't sleeping anyway. He was busy.

While handling a recently discharged patient, the nurse had realized he wasn't quite up-to-date on controlling the levels of a certain hormone that left his patient throwing up a lot. It hadn't been fun, so to prevent that, he decided to do a lot of reading.

Something wasn't clicking. He was reading, but for some reason, he wasn't able to grasp the procedure perfectly. He could probably do it, but he wanted to know why it was so, and that he couldn't understand right now. He needed a break. Turning away, Shun left his room, a bit irritated by it all. Perhaps he could just take a moment to rest in the Entertainment Room. Sleep? No, definitely not. He should, but he won't. He just needed to clear his head.

Entering the room, Shun found two patient-guests sitting at the TV with drinks on the table near them. He took to try and figure out who they were by the backs of their head. "Hello, Miss Snake, Miss... Rat," he greeted shortly, almost forgetting the suite of the one with brown hair. His face held a certain amount of tiredness in it, one that didn't call for many pleasantries. Nevertheless, he was a nurse, so might as well do his job. He walked over to the bar, thinking to get himself something to drink. He knew about as much about alcohol as he did meteorology. Not much. Coffee and tea were much more his strong suit. "Well, are you both feeling alright? Anything hurt?" He asked from behind the bar, grabbing what was possibly the lowest-quality beer available, placing it on the table while going to look for a cup. He looked fairly lost, as if he were in a totally foreign house.

Really, he'd much rather have coffee. But he decided he wasn't dedicated enough to pull an all-nighter, so best to just get something to loosen up.

Alceu Wheeler
Silver-Tongued Devil or Big Mouth Wheeler
Location: Monkey Suit // Interaction: Star Girl // Mention: Doctor Lector

Alceu cocked his head, a spark of interest igniting within the depth of his eyes. Hmm, interesting. Must have been some killer hands-on experience then, most likely something in a less residential line of work. Hospitals were about the only thing besides ambulance staff that Alceu could of having hands-on experience. Which left only a few other options he could think of. It made the gangster look at the nurse in a new king of light at least. Alceu wasn't much of a scholar in the medical field but he had a healthy dose of respect for people who were, then again anyone requiring medical aid technically would. Technically. Some people were just assholes.

Dismissing his thoughts for the moment, the Italian grinned almost mischievously, chuckling a cough into his fist in a poor attempt to hide it. Now where has he heard that line before? Working well together, sounded like it came directly from a romance novel... not that he's read those things! No, it's just a classic cliche, a popular one! While it was fun to humor the idea a simple assessment of Doctor Lector's personality was more than enough to support Star Girl's claim. Still... an amusing visual! "That's nice, having a good work partner makes business easy," Alceu hummed in reply, thinking of his good pals. Particularly the poor bastard who dragged his sorry ass here. Now that Alceu thought about it he should probably send Mac some flowers, maybe a bottle of scotch too.

Blinking back into reality, the American chuckled, raising his hands in surrender. "As would I Star Girl, though I suppose it wouldn't be all that bad with good company." He laughed. Leaning back, Alceu gave Star Girl some space to work, wincing when the movement jostled his aching chest wound. "And perhaps a bottle of your finest whiskey too." The Italian muttered, rubbing his thigh when that started to ache too, well, more than it had earlier.

Location: Entertainment Room // Interaction: Hyo and Shun // Mention: ---

For some reason, the chick's response only made Kaida's grin grow. Alright, she could get behind this gal, good sense of humor. Something that most girls in school lack grossly. Another wonderful reason for the teen to seek a trade in crime, there were just so many interesting people. "Probably for the better, jumping off bridges ain't easy, back breaking work I tell ya~"

Accepting the drink, Kaida took a moment to admire the color, thoroughly impressed. So Purple Hair really did know her drinks, another bonus! The girl wondered briefly if the woman was available for parties. "I bet you're just a treat to club with, huh?" Kaida mused, taking a long drawn out sip. Kaida found her eyes drawn to the woman's drink instead, enthralled by the color and perhaps a little envious. She wanted a glowing drink too! "Hey, what is that?" She huffed, leaning in carefully for a better look. That shit looked like something out of Tron! So cool!

Glancing up, Kaida returned her attention to the TV, leaning back languidly in the couch. Her cursor flipped through a few games until it landed on one with a whole bunch of people shooting at each other. "How's your aim?" She asked as the game jumped to the loading screen.

Kaida's lips found the staw again when a new buddy entered the room, leaning her head back to eye the newcomer. Whoa, zombie alert! The guy looked like he achieved a whooping zero hours of sleep. With her mouth full Kaida simply hummed in response, throwing lazy salute the nurses way. What was his name again?

The sound of slurping game to a halt with a satisfied sigh of content. Mouth free to talk, Kaida grinned. "Nothing that a bit of tequila can't fix~"

Dr. Lecter (@DarkiusHeavenstein)

Romeo looked up from his reading at the knock, recognizing the cadence. Marking his place, he set his book aside once more as Dr. Lecter entered.

"Good evening, Doctor." He offered the physician a smile still tinged with a note of apology for delaying him before turning to his queries. "It was alright once I was actually up and moving, but the act of getting in and out of bed itself was arduous. I believe I have noticed an increase in flexibility, however." The bandaging swathing his shoulder substantially hindered his movement, but he had noticed a marked decrease in pain and increase in strength when he had cautiously rested part of his weight on his left arm getting out of bed earlier.

Responding to Dr. Lecter's decision to postpone images and intent to check his wounds with an agreeing nod, he went about the cautious task of getting his shirt off, pulling his right arm through the sleeve first and gingerly easing the garment over his head and down his left arm to avoid flexing the muscles in his left shoulder and chest as much as possible.

Aya Matsumoto
Angel of Death
Location: Office > Front Gates // Interaction: Ji-sum and Peter // Mention: ---

Dr. Matsumoto was filling in the last of the paper work for this weeks new arrivals when the message system on her pad drew her sharp gaze. Pushing her work aside, Aya tapped on the icon, rubbing her throbbing temple. An alert from the Druid and from the contents an urgent one. The Angel of Death was on her feet and out the door before she finished reading the message, heels clacking loudly against the polished tile floor. As she walked Aya carefully went over the details, noting the locations and causes of injury. Quite a bit of damage but nothing she wasn't used to by now. Bullet wounds were the most common injury in most Hotels, what concern Aya the most was the patient's eye. Her lips pursed. Doctor Matsumoto hoped the damage wasn't too severe that it couldn't be salvaged, she would have to check it as soon as possible.

The front doors came into view, sliding open as she approached. The Druid was already here guiding the young woman through Hotel Protocols. She stopped beside Mr. Wright. "How long has she been here?" Aya asked, waiting for the doors to open for their newest patient. While she waited Dr. Matsumoto glanced over the woman's—Miss Tiger as her file claimed—figure, noting the hasty treatments and bandages. Temporary patch jobs, at least Miss Tiger had the forethought to do so, Aya couldn't count the number of patients they had had in the past with infected wounds.

"Welcome to Hotel Ares, Miss Tiger," The Angel greeted curtly when the doors finally opened. Two staff members appeared with a gurney, sliding the transport to s stop before the patient. "If you'll come with us, we'll begin your treatment." She suggested, sending an order through the pad to the staff near the Tiger suit to get the room ready. "Druid are you
available to aid me in the procedures? I'll need an extra pair of steady hands." She asked, studying the patient's eye. The eyeball itself was free of the socket but beyond that Aya couldn't tell if it sustained any further injury without taking a closer look. Promising if she were being optimistic.

He carefully watched the expression of the other individual who looked like he wanted to be anywhere but here. Alas! Kyouri gave him a point for politeness. He supposed a gold star counted for something nowadays? Although prooooobably not in the world that the criminals in the hotel lived by. Hit by worse? Could the kid be on the bottom of the food chain? His hands didn't look appropriate for that image. Well at least the youth was mildly comfortable. Sometimes he found that he was too eccentric for some folks and they simply went on their way.

The ladies at the Pachinko didn't seem to mind his babbling. Maybe it was because they did so much on their own? He found himself subconsciously shifting his head back up to be shrouded in thought before he snapped his head back to look down at the other male. Focus Kyouri, don't be rude. Something like that. The other males eyes seemed to sparkle as he begun to speak about the video game. Kyouri could've sworn he heard the name 'League of Legends' from somewhere. He couldn't put his finger on it though.

Well whatever it was, it was probably only for the youth. "Heh, don't think you should tell a total stranger that you're preeeeetty much defenseless unless you're trying to get their guard down but I like your attitude." He replied in a cheerful manner. "If you add an asterisk in a few places along with a string of code and the analysis number, a string option being 23593}}//\\3|Xlpha| I bet you could insert a signature or totally change the sound of the alarm to a customized audio choice instead of the random intervals until someone caught on. Do you have a street name or somethin' kiddo?" His tone was a bit more serious as he considered the systems that the asterisk and code of choice would've worked on. "Naw, naw, you'd only witness me in action if you're apart of my gang. Well if you're unfortunate!" He spoke of death lightly, it was something he had come to terms with. He couldn't say he was all that comfortable but there was no way around it. "Oh, but if you're talking about the job I don't know if I trust ya enough, kid. After all you've seen my face! My gorgeous exterior!" Kyouri paused before sheepishly rubbing the top of the bag. "Oh- Right. Never mind. I'm also a ha-"

He stopped as he noticed a woman who had seemed to be worse off then he had been when he had entered. His voice was lathered in intriguement as he looked over her condition although it was also hesitant. "Oh my. Her assaulter must of been quite sick. Or purrrrhaps she messed up. That never goes well either." She seemed to be a regular, that or she personally knew the staff. Whatever it was meant that the lady's presence was dangerous itself. "No matter what you're thinking, kiddo, it's best to let the professionals handle it. If you tried, you'd just get in the way. Ooooooor something like that." He looked at the kid for a reaction. Judging by how young he was- he doubted he had been exposed to such a sight, especially in this century. After watching for the reaction he turned his attention as she had gone through the simple procedure. Perhaps he'd look for her later. He was kind of curious as to how the doctors had handled her condition. Especially the eye.

With all the strength she had, Ji-sum began taking out all the weapons from her uniform and dropping them on the ground. A silenced pistol, two knives from her sleeves, two from her socks, two from her waist and one more hidden at her collar. She then took out another gun hidden in her pants. Next were tons of vials she carefully put down, filled with liquids which were probably acids or chlorides. Lastly she put a small facemask on the ground and held her wrists at the scanner. She sighed and waited for a doctor to arrive.

When one finally did, she was hoping it was someone who would actually know how to treat her. She walked through the gate, going up to the front door of the big hotel. She stepped through the entrance and blatantly ignored the two guys she had called out to before and only paid attention to the female doctor and the staff with the gurney. "I won't need it. Just lead me to wherever you want to treat me, I can still walk fine or I would not have gotten here in the first place right?

As she would be lead to the operation room she looked at the doctor looking at her eye. "Don't try and save it, it's completely done for. Just make sure the wound there does not get infected and treat the other wounds. One eye less doesn't make me a worse assassin now does it? I'd assume you know who I am so you know to just trust me." Ji-sum spoke in a very direct, cold way. She had no bother for emotions or crying, she just wanted to be fixed up as soon as possible and get back into the field.

Dr. Matsumoto (@Rose305), Miss Tiger (Kang Ji-sum) (@Mr. Calcium)

Peter watched the newly identified Miss Tiger disarm, taking note of her struggle in doing so, as he answered the doctor with brisk professionalism. "Not long. I hurried to meet her as soon as I received the notification." He answered her request with a quick nod and affirming "Yes, ma'am."

Watching from where he stood slightly to the side as Dr. Matsumoto studied the woman's damaged eye, he found himself mesmerized by the complexities of the injury but quickly snapped himself out of it. She didn't have time for him to marvel at her wounds.

He returned his attention to the woman in a quick, startled jerk of his head when she refused the gurney that had been brought for her. It was hardly the first time that a patient had resisted the staff at the hotel, but such resistance was still totally foreign to him compared to how patients interacted with staff at the other hospitals where he had worked, and darn if that didn't bother the heck out of him. He also didn't understand why she kept repeating 'you know who I am'—he didn't have the slightest idea who she was, and why would he? Subconsciously his hand found its way to the back of his neck and squeezed in a nervous massage before he released a quiet, steadying breath and locked eyes with her, his own unblinking and dark bordering on dangerous as he resisted the urge to scare her. His upright, slightly stiff posture and the noticable height difference between him and the woman added to the intimidating aura he was suddenly giving off. When he spoke again, his voice was low and deliberately calm.

"Ma'am, the state of your knee and thigh says otherwise. Let us do our job properly. That is why you're here, isn't it? You came here for help, and you will get it the way that the authorities here—" he nodded to Dr. Matsumoto— "see fit. Now please." He nodded to the gurney, his tone leaving no room for negotiation. "Lie down."

[fieldbox=", #00b359, dashed, 15"]Dr. Lecter waited patiently for the male to take off his chest. He noted how he still favored to not use his left arm, which wasn't much of a surprise. Once the shirt was out of the way, he moved closer. HIs hands swift and determinded, but rather gently as he took off the bandages. Of course it was a job a nurse could do, but Star Girl was pre occupied with the Monkey. Even if she wasn't, he liked doing everything himself. Easiest to keep track of the healing progress and less dependence on the knowledge and observational skills of other. Not that he doubted those of Star Girl, but... he just liked doing everything himself.

"Shoulder is healing up nicely as well," Fiorenzo muttered. He discarded the bandages into the waste bin as he picked up some cream. Both to keep things from infecting, but also with a formula to help the tissue heal faster than it would naturally. "If the progress continues like this, we can start on exercises for the muscles to get back into action," he said with a friendly smile, "perhaps even check you out next week." He carefully put new bandages in place. Just to make sure the wound was covered. He wasn't that worried about it starting to bleed anymore. He moved his fingers gently down the others torso, adding some pressure on the ribs. "Let me know when it is uncomfortable," he said, "remember that does not mean it has to hurt necessarily." He took note of Romeos answers and indications, as well as his body language. Not everyone was as honest about their pain or weaker spots, or would mention it out loud, but the body had its own triggers and message system. He mved over the ribs that were damaged, those that had healed up, and those that hadn't been hurt at all.

She was amused by how the young female reacted, quite as she had expected. This drink always knew to awe people and how to catch some attention. "This is Aqua Velva," she said with a smile, "it has been really popular for a while since it is the favorite drink of Robert Graysmith, who wrote quite some books about the the Zodiac Killer Case." It was an awesome drink on itself, but that little background fact made it even more mysterious.

Hyo glanced towards the screen for a moment, when asked about her aim. "Mhm mhm," she said with her lips slightly pressed together, "not particular impressive at all." After all she was a a driver, not a killer, guard or anything that focused on aiming. She did not mind playing a game that she was probably gonna suck at though, as long as it would be fun. She glanced at the male that came into the entertainment room. "Good evening, Painkiller," she greeted as she watched him go for a drink. She could see his rather confused and helpless look, before he picked out a low percentage beer. She pursed her lips together in disapproval and pushed herself up from the couch again.

The Korean lady moved over the back of the couch and behind the bar again. "Let me help you," she said as she put the beer away, "seen your current zombie state, I'd say you'd want something gentle? Something easy going?" She gently pushed him a bit away from behind the bar as she took different bottles. Her mind already going over a list of possible drinks as she waited for his answer. "Do you like cocunut? Something tropical?" she asked as she grabbed the bottle of Malibu and played a bit with it. She let it roll down her arm and caught it in her hand again, before throwing it up. "Oh and I am feeling alright," she answered his earlier question, "bit stiff, but nothing that won't heal."

He had to admit he didn't listened to half of it, once the other had started about asterisks and codes. His mind immediately visualizing it and figuring out how it would work, before grinning a bit. He quickly stored this bit of information safely away in one of the mental coding drawings, before focussing on their conversation again, when he noticed there had been a question. He had been too late with listening to it, but the other did not really give him any chance to answer either. He shook his head softly to indicate that he was not prying for private information, before chuckling as the other started about his 'gorgeous exterior'. "I will just have to take your word for it, and assume the face fits the magnificent body," he joked softly back as he gotten a bit more comfortable with the rather energetic personality of the other.

When someone called out for them, he turned around. Something that he probably shouldn't have done in hind sight. His eyes widened as he watched the lady, or he assumed it was a lady by her voice, since her clothing was rather manly. And covered in blood. Quite a lot of blood. He knew he should look away, but he could not pull his eyes from the gruesome sight as he felt himself pale. He swallowed as he noticed the amount of weapons she lay aside. Well, at least those were kept outside of the hotel. It wasn't until she moved that he noticed the state of her eye and with that his stomach twisted and turned. His body finally seeming to respond to the commands to move and not gaze at this utterly horrific sight as he glanced around for toilets, or a bin or something. Yet the wall would have to do as his dinner came up and made a rather spectacular entree to the floor.

"I am sorry," he mumbled once again, while his body hurled and protested some more. Nothing further came out though. And he had managed to only hit the wall and floor and not himself, or worse the male beside him. So that was something? He shivered a bit as he wiped his mouth with the back of his hand, before looking at the puddle at his feet a tad bit helpless. He didn't exactly have anything to clean it up with....

Ji-sum was not bothered by anything around her. To her this was all rather... senseless. The gurney would slow down them getting to her room rather than help with anything. She looked back into Peter's eyes and was about to say something when she noticed a kid in the hallway throw up. She sighed and looked over to the kid, the gaping hole of where her eye used to be staring right at him. "If you are this prone to throwing up from an eye injury, what will you do when you see your friends get decapitated? Remember this world has no place for... weaklings."

In a matter of a second she gazed back to Peter, her eyes still fully emotionless. She pressed the tip of her finger onto the bottom of his chin and stared directly into his eyes. "Listen here boy toy. This whole thing is unneeded. If I needed one of these things, I would not have been able to walk to this place all the way from the centre of Tokyo now would I? I have had these sorts of injuries and they barely phase me. Just make sure you fix them and don't try to make this more complicated than you see necesarry cause this is the shit that pisses me off about you outsiders. Now either you treat my wound the way I want it to be treated, or you go ask another person to come help with the surgery. Understood?"

She let his chin go and looked over at doctor Matsumoto. "Now... can we get this over with? I want to recover fast and get back to work."

Thalia looked at him with a raised eyebrow. She quickly left the room to retrieve some supplies she knew that she would be needing while she worked on him. Returning with fresh bandages, ointment and some painkillers. She sat down next to him. "You are probably going to need to remove that shirt so I can proper change and dress that clavicle wound. The leg is something easier to take care of." She got up and walked to the mini fridge, she grabbed a water and shook out two pills and handed the pills and water to him with a small smile. "Take this it will help with the pain and I will think about finding you some of my whiskey." She winked at him before moving down to his leg and noticed some swelling start to settle in. "Idiota, la gamba si è gonfiata peggio. You might be here longer if you keep doing those excursions."
Thalia gently prodded his leg before shaking her head, "You are going to have to lose the pants to so I can get a better idea of how much damage was actually done." She sighed heavily before running a hand through her blond hair. She had seen stuff like this before out in the field and the last thing she wanted was an infection to settle into his leg. "I am probably going to be here a bit to make sure you don't completely ruin yourself." Her voice was edging on teasing but there was a seriousness to it. Sure she didn't mind sticking around and it helped that he was rather attractive to boot.

Romeo "Mindfield" Suarez
June 24, 2048 | midnight | Hotel Ares—Dog Suite

Dr. Lecter (@DarkiusHeavenstein)

Romeo kept still and relaxed, breath even as his alert green eyes followed Dr. Lecter's movements across his shoulder and chest. He responded to the doctor's observation with a nod, the corners of his mouth turning in a slight but relieved smile. He could name at least a dozen people who would be elated to receive that news.

Watching as Dr. Lecter gently examined his chest, he had little reaction to most of the gentle pressure, finding what not so long ago had been agony no more than a slight discomfort. That perception changed drastically when the doctor's probing fingers reached the focal point of his injury, however, pulling a wince from the young agent as his teeth gritted against the sharp pain that shot from the still-healing central break. He released a slightly strained chuckle, lengthening his breathing in the hope that his chest would calm down more readily.

"Much of the pain has dulled, but that particular area is still quite tender..."

Shun raised his eyebrows, slightly surprised at Hyo-Sonn's willingness to help him. He wouldn't turn it down; she seemed pretty friendly for someone that was a member of this place. Or perhaps she was just the psychotic type. Who knew?

"Heh, well—yes, something gentle. I like coconut," he said with a polite, tired smile. This would probably be much better than whatever crap he had been about to down. "You know a lot about drinks, I see."

The nurse quietly assessed his bartender for the night and calculated with a few short glances. Not cold, as one might think, but self-preservative. He'd like to be friendly, but was also trying to keep himself safe. "Very cool," he said, glancing over at the drinks at the table. He then looked up at the other girl sitting on the couch, and furrowed his brows slightly. "Wait a minute... Miss Rat? Are you twenty yet?" he asked, highly doubtful. "I'm not sure you should be..."

Ah, right. This was a hotel for criminals. Lawbreakers. As if age laws would apply here! Still, Shun was thinking more on the level of principle. It was bad to drink so young. Then again, it was also pretty bad to become such a criminal as to have membership here—nevermind that she probably isn't of age to drink!

Shun shook his head and sighed. He wasn't gonna get on anyone's bad side here. "...How's your drink?" he asked instead, a small frown better fitting his face.

Chuckling, Alceu began the slow task of removing his shirt, carefully easing his injured side out from the short sleeve. Once it was free the rest came off easy enough. The Italian placed it to the side in a haphazard fashion, peaking down at the bandaged shoulder and chest with interest. The bandages looked fresh enough but Alceu could just detect a spot of red beginning to leak through. Not the best thing if you wanted to avoid infection. He couldn't help but grin, poking lightly at the muscle surrounding the area. Sore and perfects a tad tender.

"I would almost take the whiskey over the pills." He mused with some humor, turning his attention back to the nurse. Alceu knew better than to mix medication with alcohol though it was tempting enough. Perhaps he could sleep off the effects in time to enjoy some later, an uplifting thought to be sure! "I was hungry," He replied simply, shrugging unsuccessfully. A sassy smirk curled the corners of his lips as he leaned back into the bed. Alceu found it interesting that she knew Italian, filing the little detail away for later. It wasn't unusual for Hotel staff to know multiple languages, Alceu just found it surprising that he found such a speaker in Japan of all places. A nice thing to know at least that there were more ways for him to communicate than just English here. And also people to watch out for. The Italian's thoughts were interrupted by Star Girl's voice, brow raising with her next remark, enticing Alceu's eyes to drop down to his other injury.

"If I didn't know any better I'd think you were just trying to get me out of my clothes," He mused, tapping his fingers on the sheets. "I'll take them off when you finish my shoulder. It's kind of chilly in here." He hummed, nodding towards the water running down the window outside. Plus he wasn't all too keen on being completely exposed like that while in this vulnerable state even if his companion was a woman. While Alceu enjoys a good time the Italian wasn't all that trusting of people even if he was in a Hotel and knowing his luck trouble was bound to find him. His smirk grew mischievous.

"You'll find that to be a tiresome task Star Girl, I have a talent for ruin."

Kaito Ryu
Location: Entertainment Room // Interaction: Hyo and Shun // Mention: ---

Kaida was quick to jot that bit of information down in her phone, saving it her notes for later use. A saucy grin was once more sprouting across her face. "I can see why you're like a walking encyclopedia for cocktails. The perfect weapon for fucking people up." Kaida chuckled evilly, sipping her fruity drink with renewed enthusiasm. Maybe if Kaida finished this she could get Miss Aqua Velva to make her one. The teen could just imagine herself dressed to the nines in a black skin-tight dress stalking the scene of some horrific murder case. The next thoughts to follow on the train included an enthusiastic adventure into a bar followed by an overly violent shootout before she casually takes a sip of the glowing drink. Needless to say, it had an incredibly epic ring to it.

Kaida blinked back from her fantasy in time to catch The Snake's reply, feeling her grin grow. "That's too bad, makes first player shooters boring. Alright, how about this?" The teen suggests with a compromising air. "You drive, I shoot." The cursor jumped to a different game, landing on an extremely popular one. Basically, three dudes causing mayhem and pulling heists all over the city. "Let's jack a jet!"

While the game began to load Kaida turned her attention over to the cool chick and the nurse, watching their exchange. The teen quickly deduced that the guy was probably a lightweight if not a sissy. Not or maybe he his body didn't tolerate alcohol as much, like having an allergic reaction or something. Kaida recalled a friend who would blotch up after the first beer at every party. Kaida had been assured it was a harmless reaction but maybe there were other reactions that weren't so mild. The human body was a tricky thing.

An impish grin was Painkiller's reply followed by a long, drawn-out sip. Keen brown eyes watched with devilish delight as the cogs in the nurse's brain began to turn, coming to the most obvious conclusion. Her lips released the straw with a satisfying pop. "Delicious, thanks for asking~" She cooed, licking her lips. "Ready to kick some ass, Baby-Chan?" Kaida asked, directing her question towards the woman.

Aya Matsumoto
Angel of Death
Location: Main Lobby // Interaction: Ji-sum // Mention: Peter

A dark set of eyes devoid of all previous glimmers of concern remained locked upon the hospital's newest patient. The doctor's shoulder's and spine remained stiff and motionless and while her face remained expertly emotionless the whitening of her knuckles gave her outrage away. A storm was brewing behind the professional mask and Aya's patience was dwindling to dangerous levels. "I believe that depends entirely on you, Miss Tiger," Aya replied quietly. She carefully handed her tablet to one of the staff as she advanced forward, placing herself directly before the woman. "I would love nothing more than to do my job, but there seems to be a misunderstanding that must be clarified before we begin."

"Hotel Ares employs only professionals, Miss Tiger, and as I am sure you are aware of, we are experienced in the field of medicine. We are more than capable of attending to your injuries, we have seen and dwelt with far worse. So before you accuse us 'outsiders' of knowing nothing you might want to reconsider just who exactly you are disrespecting with your arrogance.
I wouldn't blame my staff for refusing to treat you, we don't tolerate that kind of mouth in this Hotel, Miss Tiger, so I suggest you make an attitude change. It's not wise to insult the people your very life depends on. We shall treat your wounds how we see fit and we shall do so with proper protocol." Aya retorted sharply, fixing the woman with a cold glare.

It was one of those rare moments when Dr. Matsumoto felt inclined enough to kill. If so much as another foul comment even breached the other's lips the Doctor would have her thrown out faster than the woman could blink. Aya had dwelt with plenty of unpleasant events and situations in her life but if there was one thing that managed to tick her off it was disrespect. Such an offense eliminated any mercy Aya might have had for the woman and as such, she would not lose any sleep if the Tiger ended up dying from her injuries. Dr. Matsumoto even hoped that the Tiger would give her that opportunity because at this point the Angel ready to refuse her even if she decided to comply. "And I'm sure our Druid would love an apology because as far as I am concerned I don't see any real reason to help you if you insist on being difficult. Gurneys are the fastest form of transportation within this hospital, Tiger, and despite your confidence in your abilities, the human body has its limits."

She gestured to the gurney one last time. "So you have two choices, you can get on the gurney and allow us to do our job or you can find someone else to put you back together."
