Talent(s): While being an ideal shot with his weapons Daren is unmatched in aerial and fighter based combat.

Enhancement(s): Being given a ship is enough but Daren has a specific implant that helps him in combat. Perceiving the battle at a slower speed giving his reaction time and attack response incredible speed and efficiency.

History: In his training Daren was the top of his class that being the top 5% of Pilots training for outer space and in orbit combat flights. However he was called Daren 'Insanity' Vega in training due to his increased tendencies to preform overly risky maneuvers. On the final tests out of annoyance and disliking of Daren the superiors of his group gave him an impossible training exercise. Being given odds of 4:1 against him he had to survive a mock battle against the highly advanced training drones. Though he was at a disadvantage he made it work. Using insane and later determined suicidal tactics Daren destroyed 3 out of the 4 drones and nearly died destroying the last one. Having hit the drone head on with his aircraft, ejecting seconds before, and winning by default since no drones remained functional. His superiors gave a recommendation to him surprised at his tenacity even though his personality is unorthodox. His once highest critic general writing in the report 'Daren shows increased levels of reckless activity and choices on the field. Normally such cases of what some would be calling insanity would make the candidate unable to be a pilot especially of this caliber. But in the case of Daren Vega his skills can't be wasted'.

Extra: Has a strange liking of old rock music and when in a dropship he will likely will play such music. That and instrumental music.

Appearance notes: David wears a slim black coat and pants that is either made out of leather or some other similar material. A sort of lab coat if you will. Due to the provider of the cybernetics, David's hands have claw like attachments to his fingers to allow him to have a grip when handling items. Due to this, David will always warn someone if he gets close to them so that he doesn't end up scratching them.

Underneath the helmet/visor. David's lower jaw has been replaced with metal. Almost deathly pale skin and eyes that due to being artificial are a dark color with a glowing yellow iris. David is also bald due to the surgery that gave him his brain implant.

Personality: David is what most people would call 'distant' and 'extremely analytical.' Preferring to observe from a distance and will only exchange small talk or remain quiet unless spoken to directly. Unless it is with a fellow colleague on a project or a shared research interest. An extreme workaholic. Which given his level of cybernetic alteration has made this trait much more defined. David has been known to forgo rest or even consuming the nutrient paste/liquid that he requires in the name of research or experiments. Finally due to David's sheltered upbringing and lack of social skills. David is quite literal. Metaphors and such tend to fly over his head, which can in turn cause some quite funny events and embarrassment on David's part.

Weapon(s): Although a scientist by nature, even David has realized that weaponry is a requirement in dire situations.
"Multi-Syringe Dart Firearm" - A small device similar to a handgun, this device serves as an easy way to subdue disorderly test subjects or experiments. Or to take down a opponent in close range for good. The device can fire tranquilizer darts, other chemicals that are either beneficial or harmful to the receiver of the dart.

Taser - As the name and nature of the device, it can deliver a small amount of electricity to incapacitate foes. Although the device instead of being styled like a firearm or a handheld device. It is built into David's left hand. The reason for this is so that way he doesn't waste time when he needs to pacify something.

Talent(s): A brilliant chemist and biologist, David is often the go-to guy when matters regarding new organisms or potential benefits made from dissection and examination of deceased newfound organisms. He is also quite skilled when it comes to painting.

Enhancement(s): Having replaced a large portion of his body with cybernetics, it is debatable if David is more machine than human. While most of his enhancements are there for the sole reason of making up where his flesh and bone failed. They are also there to assist David in his career as a scientist. They are listed as such.

Limb Replacement Cybernetics - The cybernetics limbs that have replaced David's own now allow him to move around without need for rest or the nasty pulled muscle or the occasional injury that'd take months to heal before he would be ready for work. Now in the case of his cybernetic limbs becoming damaged. All he needs to do is visit the person responsible for repair of cyborgs and be back at work in less than five hours.

General Body Replacement - Having replaced his organs with cybernetics, save for the heart, lungs and brain. Which only have minor implants such as filtering or in the case of his brain, allows him to quickly record and recall data or quickly solve a problem. And of coarse access terminals and such without having to touch them. David no longer needs to consume food or water in order to survive. He does however need a nutrient slurry for his remaining organs, which is often ingested via IV tube. The benefit to this is that he only needs said slurry once every two days. And lack of organic skin and organs means that he can't get sick often and in case he does get sick, it won't affect him as much.


Abilities: "Chemistry Set" implant - David has replaced his organs with a device that allows David to concoct chemicals which can in turn be used in a variety of ways. It can also be used as storage for samples. However space is limited, and as such he cannot carry too many vials, chemicals or tools without sacrificing the ability to carry extra materials.

Flaw(s): Being a cyborg, David often neglects himself when it comes to resting and works long hours to the point that other scientists and passerby have to intervene.

Like(s): Quiet, His lab, performing experiments, and things working out according to the stated hypothesis.

Dislike(s): People asking too many questions when the answer is right in front of them, noisy coworkers, and unexpected results during an experiment. Being asked to take of his visor.

History: Born to a rich family in Germany, David Stein's upbringing was rather sheltered as the parents, both of whom were esteemed engineers that have had a hand in the creation of many inventions that are widely popular, and they didn't want their child to stray away from their hopeful outcome of what he'd grow up to be.

However, around the age of twelve, David began to become fascinated with chemicals, biology and the multitude of sciences. How one can enhance one's natural abilities with just a few chemicals or be able to take someone down without even lifting a finger. How one can dissect a creature and figure out what purpose each organ had. This revelation caused a small disagreement between him and his parents once he got older. They believed he would make a wonderful engineer. And he argued that he made an even better scientist.

However, as time went on, and when David proved that he was more than a excellent scientist. Eventually, his parents allowed and funded his collage teaching for a number of years before he graduated and went onto becoming a successful scientist. Whom later would undergo cybernetic enhancement, a prospect funded by David's income that was enhanced by his career as a scientist. A choice that would somewhat alienate him from his family. A choice that would cause David to focus on nothing more than his work. Forgoing all former relations.

Now, it seems David has been selected to become part of a space voyage to explore the vastness of space, to find more planets for the shared human and alien races to colonize, and for resources to ferry back to Earth so that the planet wouldn't have to die...

Extra: David likes to listen to old classical music during what some like to call "David's quiet science time." A time in which David listens to classical music while he is working on a project or going over experiment data. A time that he hates when anyone disturbs, as it throws his "mojo" off balance.

Personality: Sector very much embodies the spirit of a nezumi and mechanic or tinkerer. Impetuous and impatient, Sector seems to constantly be on the move and looking for things that interest her. Nearly everything is faced with childlike enthusiasm, which has the clever little rat underestimated with great frequency. She can be a bit... loud, and near manic at times, rarely stopping to explain how her mind jumped from point A to point J, or the steps in between. Or maybe even what started her on point A to begin with.

Weapon(s):
•Corona Pulse Rifle - A relatively common pulse rifle, with the ability to interface with the Near-AI Sector has created.
•ArcCaster Pistol - A simple pistol that is utilized to stun a target rather than causing lethal damage. Also customized with the ability to inerface with Sector's Near-AI.

Talent(s):
Sector is very talented at taking things apart and putting them back together. Or putting them back together better, or in general bodging things together to make them work for some indeterminate amount of time. This extends to spaceships and their systems. She's also a competent drone builder, though doesn't build drones very often.

Enhancement(s):
•S.P.A.R.K. - Sector's Near-AI, installed directly into her head. She's almost constantly tinkering with and working on the Near-AI, trying to improve it. The Near-AI interfaces with the couple guns she carries, improving her accuracy immensely and feeding her vital stats on her target(s), and also has some built in knowledge repositories regarding computers (hardware and software) and engineering mostly.

•Cybernetic Left Eye - Another piece of S.P.A.R.K.'s tech, it helps mostly with Sector's ability to target. It functions as a camera, and is always recording, as well as possessing modes for dark or low-light environments.

•Cybernetic Left Hand - Her left hand, and a good portion of her forearm, has been replaced with cybernetics, with the main bonus being that they allow her to directly interface with computers and the like (assuming they have the same kind of ports as she does installed). Her fingers store mini-tools suitable for quite a few engineering tasks, ranging from screw drivers to a mini torch.
Abilities:
Sector's memory is pretty darn good, mostly due to S.P.A.R.K.'s help. With the Near-AI recording everything and indexing it, if Sector's heard a bit of information, she can probably recall it given a few moments time.

Flaw(s): Sector doesn't do well with going slow and if someone can't keep up, she's pretty likely to just leave them in the dust regardless of the consequences. She seems to forget that other people don't have a Near-AI helping them in their heads. There's also some pretty serious stigmas against Nezumi as far as humans go, due to them resembling earthen rodents. Given a rifle or pistol that isn't her gun, Sector isn't anywhere near as good of a shot. She needs the cybernetic help S.P.A.R.K. can provide by being interfaced with the guns.

History: Sector was born on Earth in a Nezumi warren, crowded and swarming and chaotic and warm. It was definitely a great place for a young Nezumi to grow up, with plenty of pieces of tech for her to rip apart and rebuild and destroy. Sometime during her younger years, she ended up starting to build S.P.A.R.K., but it would take quite some time before S.P.A.R.K. was actually functional.

She had the opportunity to go to a relatively major university on Earth, taking classes in engineering. When she was about 12, Sector finally had the chance to go on a space ship. She promptly decided that if she had her way, she'd almost never be planet side again and shoved herself into her studies, moving more towards practical mechanic work than the engineering-building-and-designing route she'd been taking before. She made some great advancements with S.P.A.R.K. during this time, and she actually built the combat modules into the Near-AI more as practice and a tech demo than any actual need for them herself.

From there, it was as simple as Sector being good at what she did. Ships seemed to "speak" to her, though realistically it was more just that she could directly connect to the ship itself and work with S.P.A.R.K. to diagnose the problems or potential problems and fix them swiftly. That, and rat ingenuity that no one could ever deny.

Her interest in drones came along the same time. Even with being smaller than a human, Sector couldn't always get into everything and occasionally an extra set of hands was needed.

When the S.S. Destiny was announced, Sector decided immediately she had to be on the ship when it left Earth, and it looks like she managed to get there.

Extra: The Nezumi are based heavily on Starfinder's Ysoki.

They are small humanoid rats who stand at most about 4 feet tall. They walk upright, have fur, long incisors, and partially prehensile tails that make them pretty good in zero gravity. Their hands are small, with long fingers good for dexterous work, and their noses are pretty sharp. They reach adulthood at about 10 years old.

They originate from a planet about half the size of Earth, with most of the planet's surface being arid deserts or more rocky mountains, called Akiton. The planet use to be a major mining planet, but the resources have pretty much run dry.

That doesn't seem to keep their culture from being chaotic at best, and the Nezumi have done a pretty good job of spreading themselves within other cultures, with Nezumi picking up roles and societal niches other races view as unpleasant.

Personality: Rook has been described by those who are either friends or family as optimistic with a side of nervousness, which is followed by being kind and wanting to help others while proving himself to the family traditions and his fellow soldiers. Rook will not hesitate to put himself into the line of fire to protect a teammate or help out someone with a task, no matter the size of which. But he will become somewhat embarrassed if he gets any form of thanks or compliment..

Weapon(s): SI Bullpup Multi-Attachment Rifle - A standard bullpup rifle that can have a small number of attachments that be put on or taken off to suit various scenarios and environments

Talent(s): Rook is quite talented in athletics, cooking, repairing things. Although he can't compare to cyborgs, aliens or anyone else who has devoted more time to these practices. Rook is still a worthy contender in these matters.

Enhancement(s): None as Rook dislikes the idea of getting rid of a limb and replacing it with an artificial one.

Abilities: Ever since he was old enough to run, and thorough training from his family, Rook would become a known fast runner. Either outrunning and/or outlasting anyone who would be chasing him or racing him. A skill that later got him on a track team and competing during high-school, helping his team score several victories against other schools. A skill that greatly assisted him during boot camp training. Some say it's because of his diet that Rook can run so fast, while some say it is because of his lightweight build that allows him to run so fast. Although some jokers made up rumors that it's genetic and that everyone in Rook's family can run just as fast no matter their age. A rumor that Rook has refused to comment on...

Flaw(s): Rook is quite naive when it comes a multitude of things, such as certain social cues, when someone is lying, or when someone is flirting. And when it comes to combat, as he's never experienced anything beyond simulations or training with fellow soldiers in VR. Due to this, Rook often relies on others for assistance to help make up for his lacking in these fields.

Like(s): Nice home cooked meals, friends becoming so close that they practically become family or just a good time in general.

Dislike(s): People being manipulated for bad reasons, artificial bland food, or too much negativity during an already stressful event.

History: Born to a family of soldiers, Rook was raised to partake in the family's tradition of every first son joining up with the military. Not to the point of abuse or neglect, infact this only strengthened the bonds between Rook and his family. As time went on, and Rook got older and older, his training intensified and more lessons were added until Rook graduated from high school at an early age and almost immediately went into the military at the age of seventeen.

Although his stay at boot camp was largely uneventful, Rook would soon come to also graduate boot camp and become a full time soldier at the age of nineteen. But he soon learned that he was to be sent on board the S.S Destiny during its voyage as part of its soldier ranks. An assignment that Rook hopes he can serve well...

The striking fiery red and raven black hair of Sullivan is the first thing you'll notice of the man. Next would be the remarkable paleness of his skin, evidence of many days spent working tirelessly in different workshops and locations. Then there is the robotic arm, evidence of a major accident when he was twenty. His overall ragged appearance hides the muscular frame, and the welding goggles hide the keen intelligence in his eyes. His trade can almost be guessed by the belt around his waist, fastened loosely there and laden with various tools. His stature is proud, with his shoulders pushed back, constantly standing at his full height.

History:

Sullivan grew up in a upper middle class family in Detroit. Cut from a cloth of successful engineers and always pining after the job his father had, Sullivan's passion has always been engineering. When he was a kid, he would eagerly take apart each and every electronic he could get his hands. His father, realizing the boy's potential in the field, took Sullivan out of school when he was fourteen and let him come join him at the small engineering company he owned as an apprentice. From then on Sullivan's career path was decided. He learned from his father for about four years before he split off to join the army for another four years (In this time he lost his arm in an unfortunate accident) and while he never saw combat it instilled in him a sense of personal discipline. When he returned, he took over the business in his father's place, working for year after year, quickly building a reputation for being reliable and efficient for a reasonable fee.

It wasn't anything in particular that lead him to submit an application to join the crew of the SS Destiny when he saw it. Though it seemed he was needed, as they hadn't yet had anyone qualified for the chief engineer position join the crew yet. It wasn't as though he had anything to keep him on the planet. His parents had died a few years back, and the company he ran he had built up enough to leave it on his own, passing the practice on to another engineer there.

Personality:

Hector is the kind of person you go to when the dark and necessary choices need to not only be made, but enforced. Gruff, grumpy, sarcastic and more than a little hostile, Hector is not someone to take lightly. His face is set into a nearly permanent scowl and his body is almost always tense, as if just expecting a fight to erupt at any given moment. Spend any amount of time around the man however, and you begin to question whether he puts up this front of a bruiser non-thinker individual in order to fool those who take him at face value.

People who have known him for any length of time will attest that he’s much smarter than he’ll ever let on, preferring to put forward the image of a fool and be taken for one, than to let it known that he’s already thought of a plan and is most likely executing it as they speak. Quick with both his body and mind, what Hector may lack in manners he more than makes up for with decisive action. When he commits to an action, he doesn’t hesitate and follows it through with every fiber of his being. He becomes an unstoppable force and pushes through with a grit and determination that would make a super nova jealous. Calm under fire and deliberate in his choices, he makes for a fine second in command.

That’s where it stops however, as a leader has to inspire something which Hector, outside of his actions, simply cannot do. He’s not a speaker, and he lacks a very real sense of empathy towards his crew that can’t be simply covered up for. While he does respect people’s roles and duties, he has a hard time viewing anyone more than what their role dictates. The Mechanic is just a Mechanic, not a single mother of two. The Doctor is a doctor, not a struggling addict and war profiteer. If you’re useful to him and the ship he serves, he will do his best to ensure you can do your best and pull you out of the fire should it come to that, but don’t expect him to be a shoulder to cry on when there’s a slow moment.

Hector smokes, drinks, and participates in the darker pleasures that the seedier areas that Earth has to offer. He’s robbed, threatened, beaten and killed before and isn’t above doing it again. He doesn’t seem to carry a sense of remorse about him, nor does he seem ashamed of what he’s had to do to survive. Ultimately a cold man thinking in terms of assets and advantages, Hector will try to make sure people make it through, but if it comes down to the mission or your life, you know which one he’s choosing.

Weapon(s):
S-34 Karkov Assault Rifle: A premium tier rifle with detachable 4x scope with thermal imaging. This rifle fires 7.62mm cartridges with a rate of 650 rounds per minute. This weapon has the capability to be loaded with either Armor Piercing or Hollow Point rounds depending on the need.

9S-Listrum Sniper Rifle: A long rifle with a 12x detachable scope and 10 round magazine. Utilizing a 7.62x54mmR caliber round and a 30/minute fire rate, this rifle is more than capable of taking out long range targets.

Decisive Leadership: Hector is extremely calm and collected under pressure and can be relied upon to figure out a plan and course of action in nearly any situation.

Battle Hardened: Due to his previous life as the commander of a militant mercenary force, Hector has fought in more than his fair share of combat engagements and come out the other side of each one.

Weapon Proficiency: Hector has trained with, and used a multitude of weapons. While he couldn’t be called a legend in any one of them, he can pick up practically any weapon and figure out how to use it in a short amount of time.

Enhancement(s):
On Hector’s left arm is an armored PDA. While not enhancing his physical or mental abilities in the slightest, he has upgraded the material used in its construction and in a pinch, can be used as a makeshift shield.

Abilities:
Unshakeable: One thing that many people say about Hector, when they’re done calling him an asshole or other words that degrade into the gutter of our language, is that they’ve never seen him panic. Even in situations when panic would be warranted, such as a live grenade dropping into your lap, he reacts as if he’s seen it all before. Truth is, he just might have. With his history in the military market, Hector has faced life or death situations so often that the edge to that particular blade has dulled and made him more prepared and ready to face whatever happens to be thrown at him.

Flaw(s):

Lack of Empathy: Hector may have been a more sympathetic person in his youth, although there’s no one around to corroborate that statement. As it stands, Hector is a very standoffish figure and doesn’t care for people’s feelings, good or otherwise. In some ways, he can’t connect to people as a human should and has turned towards marking people as their role in order to form some kind of connection with them.

Grey-Black Morality: Hector is someone who thinks in terms of results and what’s best for him and his crew. He doesn’t necessarily care about those around him if they don’t serve some purpose, and is more than willing to do the dirty deeds associated to mercenaries if it means he gets what he wants. To say he doesn’t care would be wrong, as it’s the opposite. He cares about the mission too much for it to fail, and as such allows his morality to be as flexible as it needs to be.

Workaholic: Hector is a man who needs to be busy unless he's sleeping or eating. Downtime is not really a thing with him, considering at any given moment you can find him performing some kind of task. Seeing him relaxing or otherwise not performing maintenance on his weapons or planning potential encounters is a rare sight indeed.

History: Hector’s life is a long and bloody one, filled with war and carnage almost from the get go. Hector was born into the Mercenary Company called Exstar, a group known for their attention to detail...no matter what that detail entailed. His father was one of the 3 leaders to the company, and his mother happened to be a hooker that his father hadn’t been careful enough with. When Hector was brought forward by the woman, demanding payment for the child, she instead found the child ripped away from her and sent on her way. From that point on, his father raised him as a single parent into the violent world of war mongering.

Hector trained for most of his life, learning different combat techniques, strategies and how to apply them to almost every facet of life. The other mercenaries of ExStar became his family, and through them he developed his sense of self and where his place in the universe was to be believed. By the time hector was 16, Hector was at least familiar with most known weapons and explosives, his father also teaching him the basics such as reading and writing. In between all of that was military stratagem, to the point that it became obvious to the other mercenaries in ExStar what was happening. Hector was being groomed to take over, and this didn’t sit well with some of them.

ExStar was mostly based out of South Africa, and participated in many of the border skirmishes and bloody battles that were happening on a nearly daily basis there. There would be the odd occasion where ExStar would be asked to join in some space conflicts, but mostly as marines. With that in mind, Hector’s father attempted to get him involved in at least a little of each. By the time Hector was 23, he had seen a lot of what war and strife had to offer, nearly been killed more than a few dozen times and took to the life with a fervor that was unmistakable. He was definitely his father’s son.

When he turned 25, his father gave him control of his own mercenary band within ExStar and given a level of autonomy that many of the more senior mercenaries started being very vocal about. Complaints about being ‘Daddy’s favorite’ circulated around the company, but it all started to subside when Hector started proving himself over and over. From his 25th birthday to his 34th, Hector provided real leadership and results that persuaded the rest of the Exstar personnel to ease off. In over 80 engagements ranging from a simple 5 minute skirmish to ship to ship boarding action to multiple day sieges, Hector persevered.

In fact, he found himself so at home in this type of leadership that he refused to take over when his father announced that he would like Hector to assume his spot on the Council for ExStar, much to the chagrin of his father. After all, this is what he had been grooming Hector to do, but ultimately he failed to anticipate one thing.

Hector had become bored.

Fighting the same ships, the same borders, the same insurrectionists, Hector was done with it all. It was monotonous, his version of an office job. He needed something new in his life, or at the very least, a new direction in his current field. When the S.S. Destiny began recruiting for positions, Hector put in his application without a second thought. The potential for brand new experiences that he might be able to shoot at was too much for him, and apparently so did the recruiting board for the S.S. Destiny.

When they originally heard about Hector’s application, they wanted to throw it out. After all, he was a mercenary, and while ExStar was a completely legal corporation, everyone knew that their men were not exactly the most moral upstanding citizens the world had to offer. Despite this, the recruiting board eventually came around upon reading his dossier, and seeing the range of experience he had not only in combat, but leading men and women through the thick of it. They sat him down and had an interview. During that time, they decided he wouldn’t be a good pick for the main leader of the expedition, but as an offset to the actual captain, he would be perfect.

When he had confirmed the position, Hector returned to ExStar and informed his father about his decision. At first, naturally, his father was furious, but upon reflection, managed to see an upside. Hector could represent ExStar out there in the void and, should the opportunity arise for more money to be made, could relay that information back to them. Hector agreed, for it gave him access to ExStar resources should he ever need them, and with that he set out to help lead the S.S. Destiny in finding a new home for Humanity.

Most of the time, Yukito can be a rather nice fellow who is willing to help out anyone or anything in need. Though when on a mission his attitude can sometimes tend to change from his kindness to a straight out no-nonsense type of personality, the reason for this is due to his time when he was still within the Special Forces of the Xeropt military. When it comes to having to kill something in the way of the mission or simply moving it no matter what type of damage it might do to someone or something else he is willing to do it without remorse as long as it continues or finishes the mission without the risk of failure. After returning from a mission if he had done something wrong to offend someone he might not even recall it whatsoever since everything before then will be like a blur to him.

Weapons designed and crafted by the Xeropt race, when the blades are unsheathed; at first glance they appear to be any ordinary blade aside from the fact that their color is unnatural compared to other blades. However a closer look at the blade and when it slices through objects whether it be metal, scale or flesh; the sight of it can be seen that the blades are vibrating at an extraordinary rate as well as the very edge of the blade is radiating off a thin light blue electrical stream allowing for easier and cleaner kills. However, the rate at it's vibration move at only can go on for so long before it will finally come to a halt and only keep it's electrical stream alone on the edge. Only once the blades are sheathed and given enough time to charge within their sheathes can it vibrate at it's same rate once more.
The sword can also be used as a semi ranged weapon due to a single button on the sheathe where it connects to the hilt of the sword. The button can only be used when the sword has been fully charged within it's sheathe; once the button is pressed, it can eject the sword forward at high speed causing for any blunt damage to be done to the enemy with the end of the hilt.

A pair of dual pistols that use energy cells rather than ordinary bullets of any kind to power each of it's shots that was designed with the help of both human and Xeropt race together. Most wielders of the pistol tend to use only one while holding it with both hands due to it's high recoil though unlike many Xeropt, Yukito is capable of using the pistols in a dual wield type while keeping enough control of the recoil to use them as rapid firing pistols.

Hand-to-Hand Expert - As children, Xeropt were expected and practically forced to learn how to defend themselves with their bare fists. Yukito was no exception yet as a child he showed how he was a rather quick learner as well as being at the top of his class for such a young age.
Cook - Since he was expected to be studying most of the time, Yukito normally did not have time to focus on any other tasks at hand yet nutrient was always important so eventually he learned to cook various different things and by the time he had come to Earth, he was able to slowly learn one after another of different recipes from other races that he befriended.
Hacker - Being a Xeropt which making most of him machine by some standard, Yukito is able to easily hack into most electronics and be able to decrypt plenty of algorithms through just a matter of a few minutes.
Master Swordsman - After his training in hand-to-hand combat, Yukito came to find that he was much more proficient at the use of a sword than he did with a gun. Although he is still able to use guns without too much trouble, his moreover preference is towards the sword or any melee weapon.

>> Xeropt body - Being a Xeropt, many other aliens including humans would consider Yukito to be an android since when looking at him it is clear that his body has several joint parts on his arms and any part of his body that show where it would disconnect. Being the case that his body is somewhat mechanical, he still bleeds an orange liquid that is similar to that of 'blood' since it has the same consistency; however, with him being a Xeropt this also gives each one of his own physical strikes much more strength compared to an ordinary human punch or kick; this also meaning that his speed is higher than others as well.


>> Armored Suit - Unlike many others who use suits as an external object that they would step into. There are only some Xeropt who have the actual opportunity to be able to have a suit specially 'installed' into them. This suit is able to be activated via a button on the back of his neck. The appearance of it comes out from the underside of each of his limbs such as his arms and legs while the helmet and chest piece come from behind the head and chest. The suit itself has no weaponry however it does enhance his speed, strength and reaction time greatly.

>> Unnerving Resolve - During his time as the head of the Special Forces group of the Xeropt military that was mostly kept under wraps so that the public wouldn't be too concerned for what the need was for a Special Forces group, Yukito was ordered from his superiors that any action he was told to do he was supposed to do it without any remorse no matter how bad it might've been. Whether it would be to resort to killing children or even innocent lives so that many more could live. Although it had taken some time, Yukito was forced to have that engraved into his memory and to this day he recalls every last kill he had done and every last horrible order he was given. He tries to not let it get to him nowadays but yet it still does however it makes each hard or simple decision he has to make all that much easier for him to say but yet harder for him to swallow.

EMP grenades or fields still have an affect on him, though he will not shut down or anything like other machines he will start to have severe similarities to migraines, his vision will become hazy and he will become heavily fatigued.
> Remorseless - After his time as the head of the Special Forces group, Yukito still has a bit of a difficult time feeling any sort of remorse for anything he does no matter how cruel or wrong it might be only thinking about what he is expected to do and to get it done.

Yukito rides a motorcycle that is able to shift it's wheels from a land ride to allow it to hover upwards into the air. It is also able to envelope over the rider to have the rider within a 'shell' like state to allow it to move at much higher speeds in the air and if needed to go into space as well. The bike itself is equipped with homing missiles as well as a miniature plasma cannon. Something he tends to keep to himself as he refuses to share it with anyone is a necklace that he wears around his neck underneath his shirt at all times; the gem is something that reminds him of his 'home' before he was told to become more than just an ordinary Xeropt child.

History:
Amelia was raised by her parents in a laboratory environment until four years old. This is when she was implanted with the cerebral-peripheral junction and spent a few years with it being tested. And then, at the age of four, her education began. Far from a normal childhood. All through her childhood and into her early teens, Amelia was on a strict medical regime of immunodeficient injections to stop her body from rejecting the implant. During this time she was not allowed to interact with anyone aside from her parents to prevent her from falling ill. Her only connection to the outside world was online.

Due to her parents careful oversight of her education and constant pushing, Amelia learned fast and progressed academically at an extraordinary rate. Attempting to learn more about the universe around her, Amelia has spent her time studying physics. Particularly thermodynamics and electromagnetism in an attempt to better understand the declining state of the universe. How did the universe work? And how would it break?

To this day, she still has to take weekly dose of immunosuppressants. Her life has been spent studying under her parents' overbearing gaze. Until now. With her parents permission, she applied for a position aboard the S.S Destiny. And was accepted! She has to wonder if she was only accepted aboard due to her parents pulling some strings...

Appearance Notes: Eli has a wide array of what he calls his "stealth suits." Such as a hooded stealth suit that has some of what appears to be gillie mesh, who h was apparently the suit sent with the prototype cloaking device. As for what Eli looks like, people have said that his face looks like a cross between of the past like Sam Witwer and Keanu Reeves. Although he often asks how can they be so specific. His hair always kept to a buzz cut.

Personality: A paranoid and somewhat wary soul, Eli has this need to know almost everything regarding missions, crew members and whatever to avoid being caught off guard. This often comes in the form of cameras on the door to his living quarters and almost frequent use of his drone or hiding in places one wouldn't expect. To cover up the more paranoid side, Eli tends to act a bit grim funny with a side of sarcasm. If someone brings up something bad, you can bet Eli will say "If you want bad, call up someone by the name of Captain Lewis in England when we get back to Earth and ask him about Operation Nightfall. I think he still has nightmares about that one."

Weapon(s): Due to Eli wanting to stay light as possible, Eli's weaponry choice borders on being too little for missions.
Modified Handgun - A handgun with a base design that looks similar to the "Walther P99" but clearly has been modified with a integrated suppressor and a small sight put on for more accurate shooting. It does also appear that the firearm has a hexagon design, which according to Eli helps with the gun being compatible with his cloaking device.

Knife - While not exactly as plain as one would think, as it is still a knife. This knife has what Eli would call a "stun mode" where with a press of a button. A small blocker moves up, covering the blade and can be used to deliver a safe amount of voltage to incapacitate a for without killing them.

Talent(s): As his career would require, Eli is extremely talented in the art of stealth, to the point it is both hard to find Eli if he chooses to remain hidden and if you're trying to sneak up on him.

Other talents include: Hand to Hand combat, decent engineer, hacking.

Enhancement(s): While Eli doesn't have anything along the lines of cybernetics. He does have some biological enhancements such faster metabolism, heart enhancement, and adrenaline boosters.

Abilities: Prototype "Ghost" cloaking device - Given to him to test its capabilities, the device renders the user completely invisible provided that the gear/clothing used by the user is compatible with the device. The charge only lasts for a total of ten seconds which changes depending on: If the user is not moving, soaking wet, being attacked. These variables change the charge time from an added four seconds to less than five seconds. And the recharge takes thirty seconds.

Flaw(s): Eli tends to hardly ever trust anyone. Always thinking they have an ulterior motive, which is why he doesn't have much friends. He also has a bad tendency to poke his nose in things it shouldn't be poking into. Sometimes in conversation or by sneaking around and spying.

Like(s): His drone, staying one step ahead of foes, chess, finding information, sneaking with no one noticing that he was ever there.

Dislike(s): Being spotted, noisy teammates, killing when unnecessary, being double crossed, being outplayed.

History: Much of Eli's childhood is a mystery due to conflicting information given by Eli. And due to him tampering with official record on the matter has made it even more hard to figure out his childhood.

What can be confirmed is that Eli was part of the military before being inducted into a special forces group that was unknown but was later revealed as "Spectre", but the agents are used for reconnaissance and assassination or Intel snatching. Often so that way the main forces know what they're getting into.

Eli was one of their prized agents before the teams official revealing and subsequent disbanding with almost all agents imprisoned.

Save for a small handful that either went into hiding or managing to convince the government that they could be used in other ways. Eli was one of these agents. Although barely avoiding being incarcerated, Eli's not so sure things will be better aboard a spaceship being sent into the void of space...

Extra: He is called "Spider" due to his use of cameras and climbing to get around foes and his goggles. Not because he has spider mutations. Asking him this question will get either an annoyed response or a joking sarcastic one out of him.

Talent(s): Telepresence, using this ability Mandy can transfer her whole self or take control of electronically operated machines within 20 meters of herself.
FTL system recovery, this allows Mandy to broadcast her mind to the nearest FTL connected network where up to 82% of her original self can then be downloaded into another system.

History: Mandy was built as a Universal AI Type based of the Siren Robotics Delta series at the Makilevi orbital facility 7.8 years ago and powered up 6.4 years ago as a military experiment using the new type of android for other than their intended use. To improve her usefulness Mandy was programed to operate even in non Triplex hardware such as ship’s computer or large planetary mainframe and set to work in a large engineering yard as a supply and requisition AI for 3 years so that she’d gain experience with working with large groups of living beings.

Shortly after he logistics training Mandy was shipped to a War College where she was downloaded with a large library of military history and basic tactics. For 2.5 years Mandy fought battle after battle against the students of the War College improving her understanding of War in its many phases as a mirror Mandy was made to take all she’d learned and replace her when she was finally assigned to the Destiny as the first operational unit of her type.

She was loaded into the Destiny mainframe while the ship was under construction so her experience in Logistics could be used to help with the construction and calibration of the ship to which she belonged.

Big girl, big laughs, big hugs. Vani is a very friendly and jovial sort who always seems to be in a good mood. She is positive and full of energy yet also inquisitive and caring. She is a good little soldier and follows orders commanded of her. She is not one that seems to be suited to the hard life of combat tours but has been coping and coping rather well over the 6 years she has been in in-field live action. This is a direct cause of being stationed or in direct contact with her fly-girl sister, Mana. That and even though she may be a gentle, fun-loving giant, she is tough as nails as they come.

Vani is rather shy when in new social situations or with new people, almost tot he point of looking and acting like a little girl even though she is a 6 foot tall Amazon. She always seems to be linked at the hip with her twin sister, Mana... and always pining to gain the shorter blonde's accolade and approval.

Combat tactics and leadership proficiency. Big strong girl knows a lot about weaponry and how to shoot things up, protect herself and take things down up close and personal too. She works great in solo missions or within a squadron as lead or otherwise.

Demolitions Expertise. Things that go boom all bright and loud make her happy and she has put a lot of time and effort not just into the study of explosives and handling or disarming them but also how to make efficient use of placing them in strategic places to make the explosions more effective.

But if she did survive the shock, physical trauma and blood loss, and given the proper medical facility, then yes, she would regenerate in over a years time.

Electric shock will cause a temporary shut down of all enhancements and abilities. She will not die but her body will go into a hibernation state out of emergency.

She has been trained to seek and destroy, fight till the end, and take no prisoners. And with her
skillset and talent going through the roof, she is the ideal specimen to carry out the pain and suffering. But she hates it. She hates killing and is actually a big softie sweetheart.

The girl is always under her sister Mana's thumb and as such seems to have to no direction to call her own unless Mana calls the shots. This leads her to be a great and most valuable soldier... when given orders that is. She finds it hard to function without a directive issued at her.

Yes, she is a gentle giant that hates killing but that does not mean she cannot be aggressive and even violent. She is fiercely loyal and territorial. You do not mess with her twin and you do not mess with her squad, ship or crew.

History:

Her call sign is: Jinxer.

It is a name known mostly in off-terran military circles. On her first several sim sessions, there were many glitches and shut downs. And in live training several field drones shut down earning her the nick 'Jinx.' But as time went on, Vani showed her prowess in combat and executing strategies and not many would call her Jinx to her face.

Yes, she was always a bit goofy and a bit loud, but she had earned the respect of her peers. On the first sortie she and her squad ever took into the into the field, there were several casualties but there should have been many more casualties if Vani had not interfered. It was here where her knowledge of explosives and quick thinking allowed her unit to blow open the hull of the enemy ship they had boarded and escape launch into space . When the rescue boat picked them up, the rest of the squad could not help but remark that the enemy systems had malfunctioned just like when Vani was present for all other those other training malfunctions. Her call sign was immediately changed from Smiley to Jinxer that day forward.

And in honour of saving them, the rest of her squad wore smiley face buttons as a thanks. This is a tradition that continues into today. All squads she leads will either wear the smiley buttons or they will paint a smilley on their weapons or mech suits. Thus the birth of Vani Cassand's Smiley Squad. Hoo-Yayuh.

By the time she was 25, she had been on multiple sorties terran side and several tours in zero g and on alien soil. She was known for being somewhat of an unorthodox leader but earned her stripes as Sergeant for such ways.

But this was how the Battle at Dotsies Bluffs was won. Her twin Mana was instrumental as a helo transport pilot that helped them commandeer the enemy helicopter and drop them in behind enemy lines in mecha suits that they had forcefully taken from enemy hands. They were dropped in and planted explosives in key locations in the base and negotiated a surrender without any blood shed. All it took was one flick of a button to know that they were serious; a chain of small explosions took out part of the ops room and surrender was signed within the hour.

Over the past year, Sgt. Vani Cassand has been training in secret ops with a select group of others, her sister Mana included, running sims for Project: Destiny. She cannot wait to test out her repurposed and heavily modded spoils of war ; the zero-g flight capable, AI-ready, combat mech suit: Vader Mark-06.

Personality:

Quiet, cool and cat-like. Mana is very standoffish and a bit aloof woman that always seems to be staring and judging. She is a calm girl who exudes coolness and ice in her veins but she can be also quite polite and cordial when the occasion arises. She carries with her an air of importance and confidence bordering on arrogance but she believes that if you are going to be a bitch you might as well rule as queen bitch. The only time you see Mana with genuine smiles and laughs is after a job well executed or when she is teasing her 'little' sister, Vani.

She is a good little soldier and follows orders commanded of her, but always seems to find reason to question orders when not in line with her estimations or P.O.V. though rarely will she ever fail to follow through. She is not one to constantly travel but she makes due since she is easily bored; the girl needs constant mental stimulation.

That and she has an incessant need to follow after her twin nd make sure she is okay. And as much as she is a bitch, she is just as protective and loving of her twin.

Mana is more of a thinker and watcher than a vocal mouth-piece but she will put on the social butterfly front when necessary. Of course she will slide in multiple thinly veiled insults but will always do it through an award winning smile. Her twin Vani is constantly at her side or tagging along like a little puppy but Mana rather loves the attention. And while she can take care of herself, she does not mind having her Amazon sized sister play body guard when off duty. If Mana says punch that guys teeth in, Vani will punch that guys teeth in...

Piloting Spacecraft and Terrancraft She is an ace in her own right and has experience with craft from transport shuttles or helos to fighters and frigates. Her AI BUBO uploads pilot packets to her and she is good to go. Not experienced enough to be lead exploratory pilot for the Destiny, but she can handle her if called upon.

Navigation and spacefaring proficiency. Supremely intelligent, quick-thinking and a 'student of the game'' Mana always brings her A-game and always excels at what she does well. And reading starsystems and finding the safest and quickest paths is what she does well. She is chief Navigator and she has worked with multiple ops AI in conjunction for calculations and hypotheses. That and being a pilot helps her understand limitation of spacecraft.

Deadshot. Biomech and AI enhancements aside, the girl has a knack for accuracy, precision and timing. She loves shooting as a hobby and is damn scary with her draw speed and aim. Has taken small stints in sniper role too.

~BUBO - Bastion Inc. Utility Bot Orb - allows Mana to 'jack in' and enhance her knowledge and intelligence skillset. The BUBO is also a physical antigravity capable orb that acts as a personal assistant and may be stored upon her person. Normally carried at the harness at the back of her neck.
~Bio-mech enhanced muscles - allows Vani extra speed and stamina greater than the normal individual.
~SRIC - Short Range Internal Comms - built in comm systems allow her to be in touch and tracked by HQ, squad mates, or on secure and secret channel X with her sister, Vani. Upgradeable.
~Left arm and left ocular HUD - left arm is completely cybernetic and allows quick console interface and modular weaponry; currently has hidden ballistic capabilities. A six shot railgun is embedded within. Her left eye is able to see into multiple spectrums and adds a heads-up readout without need to engage in a hardware screen.

Abilities: Nanite Factor.

This is the reason why cybernetics and biomech work seamlessly in her body. She heals trauma at three times normal human rate; five times if given proper and advanced treatments. Broken bones heal at double the normal rate. And she shakes off punches and blows just as fast as someone double her size. If you tear her in half she will still die. But if she did survive the shock, physical trauma and blood loss, and given the proper medical facility, then yes, she would regenerate in over a years time.

Flaw(s):
Electric shock will cause a temporary shut down of all enhancements and abilities. She will not die but her body will go into a hibernation state out of emergency.

She has been trained to be the best of the best soldier. But in all honesty, she hates the totalitarian method of chain of command. In fact, she has a list of all those she hates and holds huge grudges against them. And that list grows.

The girl loves her twin, but has an unhealthy manner of cutting her sister down to keep her submissive. It ranges from simple snark to outright abusive language. This gets her much hate from Vani's squad mates. But regardless of that, she has this incessant need to make sure her twin is always safe.

Yes, she is cool calm and calculating but she is in constant slow burn underneath it all. She has a repressed bloodlust and enjoys killing.

History:

Her call sign is: Ice Queen.

It is a name completely suited and warranted to the cool-headed blonde. Even during all her pilot sim sessions and live training, her EKG readouts would make it seem that she was either sub-human or she just gave zero effs and just turned off her emotions to get things done. It was pretty much pre-determined this would be her callsign.

Her third sortie had her emergency landing a military transport bird onto a bridge while it was on fire. That cemented her name as the Ice Queen.

She took to becoming a fighter pilot and excelled both Terran and in Space, but she was recommissioned as a transport pilot as soon as they found out her talent with AI connectivity. But in an emergency she found herself commanding Pilot of the HMCS Valkyrie, a spacefaring frigate that was under heavy fire as it played escort to a high-profile alien ambassador. After successfully piloting the Valkyrie to stave off a coup, she was soon off onto the stars as pilot of the HMCS Dreamer, a boundary patrolling vessel.

But it was at the Battle at Dotsies Bluffs where Mana had her wings clipped. It was rare she would speak out against direct orders, but when it came to her sister, she would break the chain. Upon her own volition, she stole away from the bridge and scrambled a fighter into enemy territory. From there she commandeered an enemy helo transport and swooped in to extract, Vani's squad, but instead of returning them home, she took them deeper behind the lines and dropped them at the enemy base. The ensuing action resulting in a signing of surrender was stuff of legends.

And she watched as Vani was decorated and promoted whilst she was stripped of pilot duties and relinquished to only navigator roles. But she was okay with the punitive measures. Her twin Vani's adoration and everlasting love for her was certainly the strongest bond in the whole universe between them now. Mana allowed herself to cry during her court martial not out of humiliation but because she realized just how much Vani meant to her and how much she loved her twin.

Over the past year, Lt. Mana Cassand has been training in secret ops with a select group of others, her sister Vani included, running sims for Project: Destiny. She has even integrated her little drone and AI BUBO v.8.1 into the Destiny's systems.

First met in an extraction during early, early Spectre days where Eli's team found themselves trapped behind enemy lines. During a time when there was a dispute with US and Canada regarding the Pass in the Arctic Circle. Major portions of the Yukon and Alaska defected from US and Canada to become their own separate country of Alaskon United. The newly formed country had hit the jackpot with exceptionally rare and valuable minerals and elements that they mined beneath them. And so they had become Arctic gatekeepers and other countries needed special permissions and treatises to cross their stretch of water.

An opportunistic America sent the Spectre unit to 'pull the strings'' for the next election. But things went south and Spectre attempted to flee but they could only get out onto the Canadian side of the border. A fire fight broke out on the border and it just so happened that Vani and her Smiley Squadron were stationed there. She was scrambled with a select drop-mech team and joined the fire-fight. After a successful fight, they extracted team Spectre and brought them back to base.

The Canadian squadron helped the Americans out but she did not receive a medal. Instead she earned a reprieve and time off on a all-expenses paid vacation to the French Riviera so that she may re-cupe from 'Temporary PTSD that permanently affected her memory of the extraction into foreign soil leaving Sgt. Cassand with no recollection of it ever happening whatsoever.'

Second time was Space side. This time Spider returned the favour to Jinxer. An assault on a 'strategic point of interest' spacestation took place and Vani/Jinxer was part of the onslaught. This was Spectre's “in” opportunity on board. Jinxer found herself pinned down and astray from the squad. Somehow, (perhaps a diversion or well timed take out of her assailants) she received assistance from an unknown source and managed to break free and get back to her unit. But not before she saw the cloaked rescuer re-holster a familiar retro-handled gun then seemingly melt into the shadows. Later on she would remember the Spec operative, whom Terran-side, carried the exact same unique item and realize who had saved her.

Mana/"Ice Queen"~

~Mandy 779
Familiar with the AI over the past 6 months doing debugging and systems checks for Destiny. Has also integrated an interface for her own AI Bubbi with Mandy 779. For the most part, she views Mandy as an Overlord of the Destiny, and even though she has never seen it happen, she is still wary that the AI may go rogue if too far from Terran HQ.

Mana is used to dealing with AI's and actually is rather responsive and treats them with respect. She does however, view them as subordinates and will not take any lip from them. She does rather enjoy chatting with them whist drinking tea and listening to string quartet music playing softly in the background. When it comes
to dealing with the 'feelings' of AI's and enhancing cheerful or upbeat personality algorithms, Mana will resort to linking up the AI to her sister Vani. The bigger twin is very friendly and loves chatting with AI's of all kinds. In fact, some AI's have picked up on Vahn's nuanced personality and some are even intrigued by the big blonde's goofiness.

But working with Mandy 779 closely has teased out certain feelings from
the normally closed off Mana.
