Anti-Magic Attacks: Anti-magic can be applied to anything Sylvester uses in combat, be it his fists or his weapons.
Anti-Magic Defense: Barriers can be created out of anti-magic energy. They protect Sylvester from magical attacks but physical attacks can pass through them.
Anti-Magic Weapons: Sylvester's knives and pistols have anti-magic properties. They do severe damage to magical beings.
Magic Detection: If someone is magical, Sylvester will be able to sense it.

Weaknesses:
Energy Consumption: Anti-magic takes a lot of energy. Sylvester gets worn out and requires some rest if he uses it more than a couple of times. The more anti-magic he uses, the more rest he'll need. It's even possible for him to become immobile due to exhaustion.
Abilities Only Useful Against Magic Beings: Anti-magic is only useful if someone is magical. His anti-magic attacks are useless against non-magical beings.
Physical Limitations: Sylvester's body favors speed over strength. Although he's difficult to pin down, it's definitely not impossible. If someone manages to land some heavy attacks on him, he won't take them too well.
Not Immune To His Own Attacks: Sylvester has to be careful of where he places himself when, for example, using his anti-magic blast. He could get hurt by it if he's too close to it. And since anti-magic is a type of magic, he'd end up damaging his ability to use his anti-magic.
Weapon Limitations: Eventually, he can and will run out of ammunition for his pistols. He also can run out of throwing knives. It's more challenging for Sylvester to deal with a target if he can't use his guns or knives.
