Agents and Allies Roster
[tab= Agent Emilia Bachmeier]
A member of Arcadia for some time now. We picked up after she developed a mutation, causing her to gain powers that she wasn't born with. With the ability to control and inject certain viruses, among other things, into electronics she will no doubt be useful in this new, technological world. She has high approval ratings with the higher ups, but shows signs of mistrust and displeasure towards other mutants.
[/tab]
[tab= Agent Naomi "Zero" Swift]
Naomi was picked up once we discovered Emilia Bachmeier developed a mutation after the Mount Kilauea eruption in 2018. While at first it seemed Miss Swift didn't develop any powers, eventually the scientists discovered her blood-tasting abilities. She chose to become a solider shortly after.
She was a tough cookie to crack, but after training and some mind-altering tests, she is a skilled Agent for the Division, and a near perfect example of a model soldier.
[/tab]
[tab= Agent Haldor "Björn" Thurmon]
Born and raised in Europe, Haldor soon moved to the States after his mother was expecting a second child. His teenage years in the states weren't exactly pristine and he was in and out of school. He got his life together however, and joined the U.S military. He even worked his way up to Gunnery Sergeant by the age of twenty four. He was station in Afghanistan, when multiple IEDS went off right by his compound. It was reported he was caught in the blast, and he attempted to heal using his mutant abilities to heal other wounded soldiers. This was the first time the States learned of Haldor's superhuman abilities, and they promptly brought him into service.
Since he was admitted into Arcadia, he has been a model soldier and a valuable member to the organization, and was even deemed fit to lead a squad into missions.
[/tab]
[tab= Detective Vector "Arachnoid" Anderson]
Tech savoy and persistent, Anderson is the youngest Detective ever allowed on the Peacekeepers force. While he doesn't have any exceptional combat skills, the tech he comes up with is impressive. Arcadia has been wanting to get their hands on one of his XS Spider Drones to replicate the technology. Recently stationed in New Angeles on his first job, tracking down a mutant that killed a Fire W@LL hacker, and destroyed public property in the process.
[/tab]
[tab= Emmett Everett]
A detective with an unknown, and mysterious past. Arcadia has little information on his child hood. Emmett is known as one of the worlds top detectives, and is on par (or better) than the Peacekeeper detectives. Emmett gained world wide recognition after Hawkins Massacre, a case that stumped any detective that worked it. Emmett solved it in two days.
While most of Emmett's worked is done as a freelance Detective, Peacekeepers do hire him on to solve dangerous or to train new detectives.
[/tab]
[tab= Maxine Clermont]
Maxine Clermont's abilities manifested at a very early age. The first incident of her powers occurred in the dead of night, and ended up with the deaths of two children and one of the wards. Alias quickly took the child into custody to study and discover the limits of her abilities. When they couldn't determine the limit of their powers, she was handed over to Arcadia. They placed the young child in the care of two operators, both acting as her parents in an experimental study. They are raising her on Arcadia ideals and principles, molding her to become the future face of the Division.

Convicts and Civilian Character Roster
[tabs][tab= Ashley "Neon" Coleman]
She developed her powers at eleven years old. Arcadia originally planned on inserting her into the Division, but Alias picked her up before hand. Every other month she is scheduled to come in and preform low intensity tests to help and understand her ability better. She works at a Starbucks in New Angeles.
Her father has suspected ties to Furor. To what extent we don't know.
[/tab]
[tab=Lepton Seamyar]
Former scientist and professor, Lepton Seamyar was apart of the Calendar Initiative board of specialists. Lepton was also the head researcher for the January Study, the infamous test that went horribly wrong and ended with several people dead. Shortly after Lepton resigned from the program. While most aren't sure, its believed that Lepton had someone in the program he was close to, but died in the incident.
Lepton started popping up again, not as a researcher but as a surgeon and cybernetic repairman for criminals and others in the underground scene, where he earned the nickname "Clockwork".
[/tab]
[tab= Convict 964: Keenan Ford]
Keenan Ford is a prime example of what can happen when mutants aren't in Arcadia control. Keenan hid his powers from the government, and it was later discovered other members in his squad knew of his abilities. Those that survived an attack in Niger were punished accordingly.
After an injury, it was discovered that Ford was infact a superhuman.
Transported to the Eastern Arcadia facility, Ford went through extensive mental and physical programs. Despite all this, Keenan remained strong will. He tried escaping several times, when it was decided it was a lost cause. He was given the number 964, and stripped of his former name. He was to be transported to a Supermax Mutant Prison in Washington. Something caused his absorbed cuffs to go haywire, and he proceeded to kill three guards, before escaping the convoy. That was 72 hours ago, and the hunt is all but over.
Agent Cutlass, with a capturing task force, tracked and has cornered 964 in New Angeles.
[/tab]
[tab= Elijah "Reaper" Brandt]
A free lance mercenary and assassin. Elijah had former ties to both the Hounds of Wrath and Shade, before he left for assumed personal reasons. He was one of the test subjects for the Calendar Initiative, and one of the few survivors of the explosion of the Calendar Solar Station. The Serum that courses through his body grants him immensely powerful physical attributes, heightened senses, and a strong healing factor.
The more his adrenaline is going, the stronger he gets and the fast he heals, but his mind deteriorates and can leave him in a mindless rage. Wanted in countries across the world, and Arcadia wants him in custody to run tests. Preferably alive.
[/tab]
[tab=January McKennon]
McKennon joined the Calendar Initiative as a test subject for, ironically enough, the January Test. She was linked to the death of a scientist, as well as having a romantic relationship with another scientist, before trying to pry information from his mind to escape the Solar Base.
She failed, as was kept on the base until the explosion in June 2025
When back on Earth, Doctor Micheal Fairfield brought her into the Arcadia program. During her training and time spent here, her powers grew greatly. She was also deemed more dangerous. In 2028, Mckennon escaped from Arcadia with the help of an unknown woman, which Arcadia now believes is Riley Arondottir.
Since her escape from Arcadia, Jan has been a runaway convict, and has been a step ahead of Arcadia. Sources believe she has ties to Furor.
[/tab]
[tab= Riley "Jinx" Arondóttir]
Arondottir was struck by a drunk drive, and admitted to a hospital. Although she survived, she had no memories of her life before the accident. After some time in the hospital, no one claimed her. She was a mystery. She was allowed to leave to leave the hospital after being cleared.
In 2021, Arondottir was accepted to become a test subject for the March Cyber-Human Test for the Calendar Initiative. After minor implants, her body mutated due to the trauma and she developed psychokinetic abilities. The heads of the Calendar Initiative allowed her to stay aboard the ship to finish her tests, along with practicing her new abilities. She was deemed the only success of the March Cyber-Human Tests.
After surviving the explosion of the Solar Base, Riley returned to Earth and began a business venture as a Private Eye. During this time, Arcadia believed she was working under anther guise, Jinx. They had no concrete evidence on her, so they couldn't act.
In 2026, she single-handedly killed the fourth Shadow of Shade, a man Arcadia had been hunting for months. It's rumored that she killed the man for his cybernetic eye, but these are simple rumors. Since the death of the former fourth Shadow, Jinx took his place and is now a prominent member of Shade.
[/tab]
[tab=Alexandra "Alex" Morris]
Born to a seemingly normal family, Alex lived a normal life for a short time. Her powers developing at a young age, D.E.E.R immediately initiated her into their programs to help her understand and control her abilities. When she was of age, she joined up with their armed forces. Morris worked as a member of their espionage and surveillance force for several years.
Her last mission ended in shambles. Her and her partner were sent to a small village near Russia, where they encountered the enemies in their base. After fighting them off for a short time, both DEER agents were knocked unconscious.
D.E.E.R managed to retrieve Alex, but they never disclosed any more information on the mission, to Arcadia or to Alex. After this failed mission, Alex resigned from D.E.E.R and move to the States.
[/tab]
[tab= Lucian Slyfield]
Lucian's father work for Arcadia since the start of the Division. Lucian was quickly implemented into Arcadia programs when his powers developed, where he trained as a soldier, and a specialist in capturing extranormals using non-lethal means.
He was sent to the Calendar Initiative to work as protection on the Space Station. His father was sent as a scientist. Aboard the space station, his father was killed by one of the January test-subjects. He began questioning himself, and Arcadia. He requested to return home to Earth, which was granted, but he quickly went off radar.
Since then he has radicalized, many encounters with him have led to Arcadia to believe he thinks that extranormals are superior to humans. He has ties with Furor, but doesn't seem to be directly apart of Purifiers inner-circle.
[/tab]
[tab=Evelyne Montavon]
An exceptional D.E.E.R agent, Eve specialized in intelligence and espionage. She comes from a wealth robotics family, and thus has always had a love for technology. She was apart of the Belarus Incident, and for a time was believed dead by the hands of Furor.
It wasn't until Arcadia found footage of her working along side Furor, and when questioned about it, D.E.E.R denied to give them any information.
Arcadia has deemed her wanted, and has heard rumors of her operating in the US. They're keen on bringing her in alive, both for her intelligence on Furor and her robotic expertise.
[/tab]
[tab= Eliza Nizan]
Working with D.E.E.R when she turned eighteen, Eliza was an efficient soldier and teacher for younger children. She pushed the children, but did develop connections with them through hard work.
At the age of twenty three, she transferred over to Arcadia. She honed her skills as a soldier even further with the Division, and excelled in solo-operations.
While a good soldier, her morals were in question. She was scheduled for a mental training exercise, but quickly deserted Arcadia and taking up a position with the Hounds, taking with her information.
