I had hella tasty creme brulee today
 
I am making 15 cups of rice for lunch this week. 5 cups a day with half a gallon of miso. Technically it's 2 lunches because I work 12 hours a night, so don't panic
 
OMG. Creme brulee is one of my favorites! That much rice *is* wild, though.
 
I don't even remember the last time I had creame brulee.

That's a lot of rice and miso
 
Well, tonight is the first night I'm trying it, so wish me luck.

Ok, so I did end up packing too much miso and rice
 
live and learn. I'd say it's better than packing too little.

on the plus side, soup does last a bit, right?

I mean it lasted all night but by the end it was lukewarm and I'm not sure about having lukewarm soup that's been lukewarm for hours even if it doesn't have meat
 
That's why you freeze it and reheat it for later.
 
Kinda can't when I'm on a construction site for 12 hours
 
No microwave on site where you can reheat it? D:
 
Only cooking equipment is a coffeepot
