personality: As a child and even as he got older he demonstrates a mild level of arrogance and a tendency to look down on others, as seen when he looked down on his peers for failing on there duties. He also cared little for the lives of others he was cold-blooded and wasn't above inhuman mass murder. Although as he has grown he has shown a tremendous amount of potential. Being a Capable, logical, reasonable, and effective individual with a deeply driven desire to promote security and peaceful living, he has what it takes to be highly effective at achieving his chosen goals whatever they may be. And is a quiet and reserved individual who is interested in security and peaceful living. He has a strongly-felt internal sense of duty, which lends him a serious air and the motivation to follow through on tasks. Organized and methodical in his approach, he can generally succeed at any task which he undertake. Very loyal, faithful, and dependable. He places great importance on honesty and integrity. he is a "good citizens" who can be depended on to do the right thing for his family and society. He is a very quick and agile person running and jumping feels like swimming to him in other words his fighting his very swift and fluid.
Spear jab: Uses the blunt part of his spear to jab his opponent.
Spear strike: Uses the sharp end of his spear to slash his opponent.
Spear toss: He jabs his opponent in the stomach then lift them up to toss them.
Sweep: Swings his spear at his opponent legs to make them fall.
Wrath of the narwhal: Charges at his opponent to strike them swiftly but with great force.
Seismic toss: Lift the person and uses his free spear to strike them in quick succession.
Figure Eight Whirlpool: Swings his staff in a figure 8 creating a whirlpool/twister of wind to blow them away.
Sea floor sweep: Swings his spear at there feet creating a cutting force in a wide range.
150 brick drill: spins his spear and strike cutting and usually send them flying.
300 brick drill: Dual wielding to create a more powerful attack.
500 brick cannon: Throwing his spear in attempts to impale them.
650 brick drill cannon: Adding a spin to the cannon for a more powerful attack.
Sea beast slash: Placing his hands higher up on his spears and positioning his spears horizontally across his body with the blades facing opposite directions, then charging at high speed, cutting the person horizontally.
Twin spear soaring fish: Placing his hand in the middle of his spears then twirling the right handed spear clockwise and the left hand counter clockwise. When being attack from head on he stands his ground to defend then strikes, but if he is attacking no matter the distance he makes one leap to anyone that could see it he would appear to be floating or flying, then slashing in swirling motion.
Shark Frenzy: He gets into his usual stance then swings his spears as fast as he can sending 100s of shark like slashes as his opponent. The attack has a wide range being able to fire from anywhere besides behind him, even after he finishes he can't admittedly turn around or defend from behind.
Serpent cyclone: spins with his spears to create a serpent-like cyclone that both slashes and blows away the opponent.

Besides being a dual highly skilled user with spears he's also part fishmen making him a bit stronger than the average human and nearly as strong as a fishman in water.
He knows a mild level of fishman karate as well.

Spear Wave: A technique used on a body of water's surface. He heaves a spear-shaped burst of water with enough force to punch a hole in solid structures.
Deep sea palm press: Creates a shock wave in the water with a palm strike.
Background: (at least 3 sentences): Born and raised by a step father and human mother on Kyuka island he has lived a wonderful child hood never experiencing much of hardship, he has lived with everything handed to him literally. His parents always made sure he had fun and had whatever he wanted including themselves always giving him the attention he deserved as parents they were number one, he met many people who taught him many things as a child and even gave him many souvenirs from there adventures. He grew to be a huge a**hole and a spoiled brat. Nothing truly impactful happened in his life until a group of pirates entered the hotel speaking of a treasure called the 'One Piece' this interested Taka something that he didn't have but could achieve with hard work and dedication he believed it could be fun, from that point onward he strive to get stronger, he received training from the usual pirates that entered most had little skill but it was much more than enough for Taka to learn. Reaching his teens Taka had become a okay fighter and less cute the usual treatment he received vanished over night so he became more social learning how people acted and reacted to people and events. Though most people took his charismatics nature as the truth while others like his parent lived with him and knew he was a devil child that they created but could not kill, he was dissolving into his illness. He soon realized that his parents were really protecting him and changed his ways, though his parents continued spoiling him and feeding him medicine that would halt the disease he was already in critical condition his body was failing and he needed to live and find the one piece. He continued his training but he wasn't capable of handling the torture of his disease nor could he train like this so his only option was to get professional help in other words he joined the marines. 15 Years of discipline changed him mentally and physically, finally overcoming his disease mostly and proving himself he escaped from the marines and joined the pirate lifestyle.
