Hm, yes and no. Not time as a whole, but certain objects. Say if someone chucked a brick at him and he could slow time ( the momentum?) of the brick long enough that he could move out the way, that'd be alright. But time as a whole? Nah. That'd be a bit much. It'd have to have a decent amount of limitations.

Like okay he can go back in time, through astral projection but only to where he has been and he can't move stuff only look? His body would be completely helpless in the real world, it'd be like having a premonition but going into the past and looking around type thing?
