"Nathan, I think there are some other interesting people in here, have you met any of them ?"

With that, young Eden drags Nathan over towards Lizette.

"Hello, my name is Eden, and this is my friend Nathan. I am new here, but I hope to spend a lot of time in the Library. May I ask what your name is ? "

@LuckycoolHawk9 @Autumn

When Lizette saw the two students approach, she couldn't help but sigh. Interaction was not in her agenda today. But it seems like she doesn't have a choice considering the girl, Eden, spoke and seemed like quite the perky type of girl. A type she doesn't often match well with.

"Alright." She said in a bored and bland tone because truly, she did not care whether the girl wanted to stay or not. Nonetheless, she still gave her name. After all, it was a courtesy so it would be rude not to. Also, her superior was there so she may as well. "Lizette."

@Gands @LuckycoolHawk9

Eden's expression becomes noticeably less enthusiastic with the tone of voice and facial expression exhibited by Lizette.

" Well, sorry to bother you Miss Lizette"

She turns and walks away.

Maya Brooke

" Well, I mean- expect our heroes, but then again, they have pretty hard to forget names. Like you aren't exactly going to forget names like Lucky, Twiggy or even Legendary very easily,"
she replied, looking at the area and wondered what had happened to cause a memory gap. She had a few working theories on what could have caused the loss of memory, but she wasn't sure if she was right about those things so for now, she would keep them too herself as she knew that theories were dangerous to propose in the city as the theorist would latch onto them as the truth for things and she hated to be at the center of one of those things, and that was the honest truth of the matter. She wonder if Emilia remembered what happened or if she was just in the dark as her, but it seemed that it might be too personal of a question to ask her right now. She decided it was a good idea to just ask her once everything had come to pass. "I'm happy to hear that you'll be using the library and getting help from my dad. He loves helping people."

Joseph Clark and Nathan Stone

Joseph looked over at her, watching her return the books to their proper spots and he couldn't help but smile as she seemed to be able to figure out even the tricky ones that he hadn't expected her too. He liked to delve into every section of the library, so he knew exactly what the patrons would take home with them. It wasn't a good idea to not know what was in your library. He took a deep breath and wonder if it was normal to love books this much, but it was something that he preferred to not think about it. It was a good thing that the library was so diverse and it offered portrayals of both the gods and demons in both a positive and a negative light, showing that not everything was as black as white. It was always easy to consider what was going to happen though when people got wind they weren't portrayed in a good light. It was a good thing that Adam ran the school, as he managed to curb the anger of a lot the gods portrayed in these books in a negative light. It wasn't that the gods were bad, it was just that they seemed to see humanity as their playthings. It was the honest truth of the matter, and he wasn't about to let anyone think any differently about them either though.

He wondered how she would handle the new patrons, that was the true test of how well she would be as a staff member to work for him. It wasn't even that she needed to find them anything or help in any way. It was just as simple as not scaring them off the second that she approached them. That was all it took to make him pleased with her work. She seemed to not approach him and he had learned that was actually the best way to deal with the students was if they asked for anything because some had a set goal in mind and knew what they wanted and didn't want to be disturbed. It worked out better for him though, as he was a naturally shy person who only preferred to talk others when he had. There were exceptions but they were few and between.

Joseph could tell from the second that they approach that today was not a good day for interacting, maybe if they found a different day, she would have been in a better mood, though Eden seemed like the type that would clash would her nature, he was certain of that.

Nathan had a feeling that he didn't have a choice in where he was going with Eden around.

He was dragged over to the woman at the desk who seemed uninterested in conversation.

Well, Nathan knew one thing at least. If Eden planned on spending a lot of time here, he knew where he could avoid going to not be near him if he wanted free time down the line.

Nathan wasn't sure if the bland tone was her not caring, or if she just normally talked that way and he wasn't about to ask her, it would come off as rude and he was trying not to make anyone angry today. He nervously fiddled with his glove, wondering if they were staying here.

Nathan could see that Eden was not happy with the tone that Lizette was giving off, but that was the truth of the matter too. He looked at the ground.

"
So, are we staying in the library or not?" Nathan asked.

He would follow her as he asked her this.

@Autumn @Gands

Emilia

"That's super great to know, I'm so bad at looking for stuff in the library. I mean, there's a ton of books there." Well, a ton was an exaggeration but it was true that there was indeed plenty of books in the library. Emilia didn't know how librarians could memorize it all, it's like some sort of skill. She didn't spend much time in the library for books other than for class and if she was looking for information that couldn't be found in the internet.

It didn't take long before the dorm building was coming into sight. "oh hey, there it is! We're super near now. Emilia was looking forward to doing some research on her laptop. It was difficult to have so many unanswered questions.

Lizette
It was obvious that the bubbly girl was not happy with Lizette's attitude. But well, she could hardly care. She wasn't exactly a people pleaser. Perhaps it was why she was such a lone wolf. Not that she minds. She prefers it this way as it makes things much easier. She rarely has to make excuses when she disappears. She did a wuick glance at her boss and he didn't seem to mind her attitude which meant all was good.

Bringing out her phone, Lizette took a look at her schedule of classes. Just the usual classes of english, calculus, and what not except for mythology. It seemed like an interesting class and would be a great excuse to use for whatever research she would do.

Eden looked briefly at the other girl, sighed and turned away without saying anything further to her. An entire school and that is the first stranger she stops to talk to. She could feel Nathan chaffing to be out of the library.

" I am sorry Nathan, this has already been a long day already. I think you'd have an easier time of it if you just let me be for a while. I will probably go find my room. I have a lot to digest with this new school and everything you know. "

She turns without another word, having decided to head to her room. She's had enough of interacting for now.

Star, who had wandered off - big surprise - saw someone she thought looked sad. This couldn't stand! She flew over and landed by the girl, beaming. "Hi! I'm Star Butterfly! I'm new to this school, and I was wondering..." She rocked back and forth on her heels.

"...Why are you down? This place looks absolutely amazing! Oh, is there a bully? Because I can totally take care of bullies..." The Mewman waved her wand around a bit.

Steven would just awkwardly stare for a minute before he would get them up into a bed before he passed out himself. He was woken up the next morning by the smell of the bacon sizzling on the grill. He however decided it was better to wait until it was ready before he got up. He stared off to the side drawer and opened it, gently sliding his supply of transformative appearance changers into the garbage.

He would eventually look over at her and give a weak smile. "I am honestly surprised that my house had the food to make breakfast, but then again, time travel probably made it so that it never left or you know, maybe this leap didn't affect everything. I don't fully get it either," it's time travel after all," he admitted.
"I really don't know either, but let's just enjoy this. Soon enough some crap will happen and ruin this all..." I said, shrugging. I sat down across from him and we had a relaxing breakfast, for once.

Eden had no sooner resigned herself to hiding in her room with an audio book when this embodiment of a pleasant assault on her senses arrived.

Her eyes widening, she saw no place to escape to. This girl was exactly the opposite of the nasty library girl.

"Well to be honest, you are the first pleasant person I've met aside for poor Nathan back there. No one else has been all that nice. I was just going to go relax if I can find my room. "

She managed a small smile and allowed just enough telepathic contact to determan that this girl was real.

" Thankfully no bullies as yet though. I did witness some sort of trouble down at the docks this morning. Maybe you could go with me to the dormitories? This is my first day here. Nathan has been kind enough to show me around a bit, but it has been a long day. "

Okay, Amiee. There has to be a reason we're not in Central Park anymore She told herself, zipping around trying to find any sort of landmark. She wasn't at her smallest size because of her own visibility among the trees, but at about two and a half feet.

The forest itself was dense and difficult to navigate. The trees blurred and it was hard to find any one landmark to pick out. It looked like the forest never ended. It would eventually make way to a clearing that was still surrounded by trees. Sitting there was a man. " Seems like you are lost," he said.

"Duh. This does not look like Central Park. Like, at all. I haven't seen one bench or equestrian cop and I've been flying around for twenty minutes." Then she sighed. "Sorry, just frustrated."

Zane raised an eyebrow. " That's on a whole different continent, back state side. At least that is what school taught me. This is the Rainbow Forest, in Starlight City," he added. He would run his hand through his stubble. " Though if you are the person from earlier I saw fall out of a portal, it does make sense to being confused."

Portal? "I honestly don't remember a portal, I was on my way to meet my friends, and then suddenly I'm here. I've never even heard of Starlight City..."

Zane laughed. " Nobody ever remembers the portal because most of the time people just appear somewhere either within or just outside the city. You wouldn't hear about us. We're kind of off the grid- invisible to the world, smack dab between Europe and the States. No Collateral rules here- thankfully. Home to Superior Industries."

"I never broke any anyway... Well, not since I got real control over my powers..." She had no idea what Superior was but didn't let on. "Well, I just need to get back. I've got a friend who can get me a flight, I'm sure... So if you can direct me to the airport, I'll be on my way."

Zane looked over at her. " Hmmm,.... that's something I wouldn't expect to hear," he mumbled. He looked over at her and thought for a moment. " We don't exactly have an airport, honestly, only planes that ever leave is Nicholas Harris's private plane from Superior Genetic Modification Industries... you can probably try to get back by boat though." he replied.

Boat? "Great, I'm on the Island of Dr Moreau... And what do you mean...try?"

" Starlight's a little weird. Getting here is easy, leaving on the other hand- oh boy, leaving is very difficult."

"Fuck. I was on a mission. I should at least call my teammates, to let them know..." Amiee sighed. "By the way, I'm Firefly, at least when I'm dressed like this..."

" Well, you're going to need to get mainline to do that. We're kind of in the heart of the city's most deadly forest. " Zane Jackson," he replied back to her. She didn't need to know his supervillain name for now.

"Deadly... Forest. What the actual fuck. And if it's so deadly, why are you here alone?"

" Not my first choice of being here. Kind of woke up here. Fucking time travel remnant has been doing some displacement recently."

"Back up... Time travel? So, what year is it?"

Zane paused to think. " August 2018 is my best guess, might be September."

"Fuck. I've been gone for four months. Everyone probably thinks I'm dead."

Zane stared. " Well, being gone for four months would certainly do that. You may have gotten lucky and some of your allies may have landed here, the portals have been a lot more active recently...."

"So, if people get sucked in here like the Land of the Lost and it's hard to get away, why aren't you guys overpopulated by now?"

Zane would look at her. " Mostly because just as much as the portals bring people here, they sometimes take residents as well. I assume they are returned home, but who knows? So far the only confirmed people to escape are Belldandy, Iron Man and Keiichi."

"Hard to escape... Only three people and that's just hard? That's impossible!" She flew up for a bit then came back down. "Well do you even know which way town is?"

Zane shrugged. " Yeah, that was kind of my point. It's actually impossible to escape. Rumors are two natives escaping, but it's just a rumor." He would look at her. " Your guess is as good as mine. Ever play Legend of Zelda? This place is like the lost woods, very easy to get lose in, very hard to leave. Our safest bet would be to go to the lake..... before it gets dark." A howl could be heard in the distance.

"Sure. I'm really not too worried with my power set, but sure."

" Less a worry about not wanting to see, more that all of the werewolves, kretins, wendigos and other nasties come out after dark."

"Well where's the lake?"

Zane paused to think. " It should be north east here, it rarely changes."

"Rarely? Oh that's comforting." She flew in that direction but not too fast so she didn't leave him behind.

Zane would look over at her and walk in the direction. Somehow they wound up back in the same clearing. " Well, that's not good."

"I assume flying up will get me nowhere?" She crossed her arms.

" Probably above the trees, might be able to see the lake.... if the forest doesn't drag you down to prevent that.... hmmm.... I wonder if it is possible that my directions from before I got backwards. The teleport put me on the opposite side to get here, so perhaps the lake is south west."

She dropped to her smallest size and shot up above the trees to get a vantage point. Thankfully the forest couldn't see her. She would see that the lake was actually south west. It seemed the city itself was a bit out of view though still. She returned to his side, and told him where the lake was spotted.

" Huh- south west, I did get it backwards. Not sure how I confused those two directions. Let's go. Actually, I think I'll fly," he replied, closing his eyes and consuming himself in electricity and using it to shoot up. " That's better. South West you said?" He asked.

"Huh. Interesting."She looked at him then pointed out where she saw the lake, and headed that way.

Zane would follow her and look over at her as they arrived at the lake. Sitting by the shore was a blind woman with a scepter.

"Sooo... Oracle or something like that?" She landed and returned to her full 5'4" height.

Zane looked at her. " Something like that is an apt description. She's the lake's guardian."

" Who's blind- not deaf. So what do the hero and the villain want?" Laura asked, not looking up.

"Wait I'm no... " She looked at Zane. "...shit." She pulled up her heat shield. "I am not in the mood to fight right now but I swear to God if you pull any shit I will burn your ass." Then she turned her attention to the lady. "Ideally? A way back to New York. Failing that? A way into the city."

Zane remembered why he hated the lake guardian a lot. He looked over at her. " Believe it or not, I just want to get back into the city and to the kid-"

" Teen," Laura corrected.

" Teen, I'm helping to take care of whose an orphan," he replied.

Laura looked over at her. " You are needed more here. You can help dismantle some of the bad guys hurting your friends here. Oh and your BFF is here with the reporter."

"Cyn is caught up in this too? And what do you mean hurting my friends? Is Cyn in trouble?"

Laura looked over at her. " Ahh, my mistake. I meant there, back in New York. Cyndee is fine...." Laura trailed off.

"Now I'm confused... Even more."

" Well, the bad guy who's been funding your villain in New York owns a company here... and they do lots of fun stuff that can be exposed. Oh and also, tons of powerful villains here. Not this guy- but others."

First off she flinched. "Ouch. That's gotta hurt. Blind woman says she can see you're not powerful. Isn't it hard as hell to do business with this... Bermuda Triangle of a city? Nevermind, I just want to get to the city and see Cyn."

Zane just shrugged. " I mean- to be fair, she's a lake guardian with tons of powers and I'm not high level compared to others."

Laura shrugged. " Stuff gets in and out of the city, it's just really the people who can't. Well, I don't do portals, but it's about an hour walk east of here."

"We tried that. But this isn't a regular forest. It's a freaky forest, and we ended up right where we started."

Laura looked up. " Ahh yes, I forget that the forest likes to keep people trapped. Hmmm.... if I escort you, it should be safe."

"Well, escort away." She gestured.

Laura would look over at her. "Just follow the butterfly." She would transform into her butterfly form and fly west at a decently slow speed.

Amiee could almost break the sound barrier for speed, so this wasn't an issue. She hadn't tried before because Sonic booms cause Collateral damage.

Laura would get them to the edge of the city. " Well, just a little up north is the main portal, most people appear there. Hopefully, your friend is there as well."

"Thanks. I didn't get your name?"

" Ahh- my apologies, I'm Laura, the lake guardian."

"Thanks, Laura." From there she headed into town.

" You are very welcome," Laura replied as she left. She shot Zane a glare as he headed to the school.

Once again, the library was empty. Lizette wasn't against people being in the library. In fact, she thought of it as a good thing. People with an appreciation for books were one of the few that she could actually tolerate. Talkative people in the library, however, were not. What's more are those cheery, happy go lucky beings that speak of justice. 'I'd rather not think of such annoying things.' At least, not until later when she comes across one. She, and other heroes, always have a tendency to clash due to their differing ideals. She was a hero to the victims of villains but a villain herself in the eyes of a hero.

Raising her sleeve, she looked at her watch. It was already 12 in the afternoon, and that was when her shift ended. After all, she only worked part time and as much as she loved the library, she had other things to do. "I'll time out now." She supposed it would be rude to just leave without a word. Without another word, she got her shoulder bag and headed out of the library.

'I suppose I could head home and study some more until something comes up.' With that in mind, Lizette headed to the entrance of the school. Unlike majority of the students, she didn't live in the campus although she did live somewhere nearby.

"Woohoo! This is going to be great! I was going to be lonely without the laser puppies!" Then her eyes narrowed a little bit. "Wait a minute... I felt some tickles in my head. You're psychic aren't you?"

Star broke out in laughter and hugged Eden "That is soo cool! When I come home you'll know exactly what I'm feeling... Though admittedly you usually don't have to be psychic to figure out, I wear my heart on my sleeve so much I don't have any sleeves left! And then you'll know what kind of food I'm in the mood for without asking and so much more cool stuff!"

She paused again, catching her breath and looking at Eden more seriously. "This is very important. If I'm being annoying or overwhelming, tell me. The only way I'm going to learn to be more human and less well... Weird, is if people point out the parts where it's not acceptable to be... Well... Me." She giggled.

Maya smiled, happy to know that she had helped her new roommate with school before they even got back to their room. It made her feel so excited for them. She didn't know how father memorized all of the books, but she put a system to remember where everything was and it had worked for her. There were so many options for them to learn about and she felt better knowing that the library had helped so many different people.

"Yup, that is the place we need to go. I'm so excited to see what they left in the room from last term. I brought my own stuff, but once in a while, the last residents leave some cool behind. Last year I got a free set of old textbooks," she replied.

Nathan Stone

Nathan would shot a glare at the mean help of the library. He didn't think she was very nice and all Eden wanted to do was to ask about books and she had been a bitch and presumed things about her. He really wanted to make her see things that she did was wrong. But he knew better, all he would find from that was trouble. He took a deep breath and just gave Eden a weak head nod about being left alone. He did want to be left alone too.

He looked at his class schedule, relieved that everything was grade level, so it was rare that he would run into her again..... and then he remembered that he also took mythology which was a class open to all ages. Eros wanted to teach as many dfferent people as possible. Maybe he would find some solace in just taking a walk.

When they got back to Eden's room Star squealed a little. "You know this is the first time I've had a roommate! I mean I did a few sleepovers with Princess Ponyhead, but an actual roommate is so cool! I just have a few things to unpack..."

There were two beds on opposite sides of the room, one wall to wall bureau with a window on the wall behind it, a closet on each side of the room and a door on each side, one to the bathroom and one to the kitchenette. Star opened her purse and pulled out far, far too much stuff out of it, filling half her closet with clothes while she rattled on.

"It is pretty nice. I haven't had a room to myself since gradeschool and Israel. " She watches with fascination, the bottomless purse."Is that , uhm, normal ?"

"Oh... Uh, no. It's magic " she looked over at Eden. "Did you want a roommate, since uh you haven't had a place to yourself? I just assumed... I do that a lot "

"Roommate is fine Star. This place hasn't been all that friendly today. You are quite the breath of fresh air. I expect we will be good for each other.. Kind of like opposites."

"Opposite how? You're quiet and I'm totally not. I sure hope you aren't a pessimist because I will bug the heck out of you if you are..." She finished unpacking with a very Earth human looking crocheted quilt she put on her bed. "This is from the mother of the family I stayed with back on the first Earth I went to... Or rather the other me did... Uugh I better explain." She paced. "See I messed up a spell and kind of permanently duplicated myself. And because of the laws of Magic, blah blah blah, two of me weren't allowed in the same world so my choices were, uh, quit existing or be sent to another Earth. Obviously I chose the second."

Eden couldn't help grinning widely listening to the other girl. She could just go and go, like the eveready bunny. "Wow, two of you?. That would be ... A lot!" Eden's part of the room was very tidy, but mounted on the wall over the window was a football helmet of a team that neither of them recognized.

She laughed. "Oh yeah. I really bugged me when I was there. It was then we realized how annoying we could be. It was a real eye opener."Star flopped down on her bed and spread her arms wide. "Maybe I could put a poster on the ceiling up there. I wonder if there are any cute boy bands here?"

"So, whats with..." ( she walks over and touches the marks on Star's cheeks) these. Kinda looks like makeup"

"Oh no. That's all me. All Princesses and Queens of Mewni have them. We just always have." She responded, with a little shrug.
"I was told that it was awfully convenient, but I think it's probably because of our close connection to The Magic." You could practically hear the capital letters.

"My father is a powerful mentalist. But mother didnt tell him about me. I showed up at his mansion, age 13 and barely trained. That was a couple of years back now. This summer, there was some trouble and I ended up here. My bodyguard was killed protecting me." She takes a deep breath thinking about it.

"Oh that's horrible! I've probably lost bodyguards before, but that was likely when I was a little kid when monsters were a bigger problem. I try not to think about my past too much because I don't really know if I'm the actual Star or just the product of a spell on which case my memories are someone else's." She turned on her side to face Eden. "That's why I need to make a lot of new memories here! Ones that are just mine."

"Uhm, monsters? You have monsters?
" She sat on Star's bed where she could face the other girl.

"Yeah, all kinds. There's real prejudice against them but some of them are really nice. I guess other me can continue to champion the fight for monster equality back in Mewni."

"I don't think there is a Mewni anywhere around here. Hey, did you notice.. The men here are all so ... GQ.. Really good looking"

"Yeah, what is up with that? If everyone is equally good looking, well, no one is, kinda." She flipped over into her stomach and folded her legs up, propping her chin on her hands. She and Eden were really close now, but Star didn't seem to mind. "And Mewni is another dimension, sort of one of a kind."

" I was walking around this place, it gave me the impression of having a lot of space for the number of people I saw"

"Yeah, and if what I have heard is true, people show up and disappear all the time, but you can't willingly leave the island to go somewhere else on this world."
She kicked her legs a little. "Reach in my purse and find the scissors, Willya?" And indeed Eden was closer to Star's purse than she was. Once she had them, Star explained. "Those are dimensional scissors, Eden. They cut portals to other places."

" I think perhaps, you might want to study this place before trying those here. There might be consequences we can't predict. " Eden was watching the other girl. Scoping her out. In some ways, Eden was at a crossroads in her life.

"Oh of course there will be consequences! That's what makes it fun! Consequences are how you learn!"

" Well, that is learning rather the hard way. Have you kissed and ... Yet ?"

Star squeaked.."I Kissed Tom, my demon ex-boyfriend, a couple times, but that's it."

Eden blinked, a tad amazed. " Demon ex boyfriend? I kissed a guy, the next week he came out of the closet and declared himself gay".

Star had never been exposed to that at all so she was picturing it literally. "Uhhhh... So after you kissed him he hid in his closet for a week before he decided he was happy about it?"

" Not exactly, I guess they dont have those terms where you lived. Out of the closet kinda means he lived with a secret he was hiding.. In this case, that he preferred the company of men instead of women"

"Oh. Oooohhh. That's a big deal here? I mean, back in Mewni, you love who you love? I mean my aunt fell in love with a monster." Star blinked.
"I broke up with Tom because he had serious anger issues and he was really possessive."

"It can be an issue, plenty of people think so. Even if I don't personally"

"Huh. And I thought I was weird!" She kicked her feet a few times.

Eden manages a few giggles. " What is your favorite type or style of food?"

"Mexican. Especially Burritos. I even made up a song about them! " She grinned then sang,

More giggles, tries to sing along.) " Oh my, I like. Italian. We dont have alot of Mexican food in Israel."

"Italian. Like Pizza? Except Marco told me that pizza isn't really Italian, so I guess I haven't ever had it. Becauuuseee I'm pretty sure that Spaghetti-Os don't count." Star giggled again. "You seem like you're in a better mood than when I found you."
"Probably impossible for me to be sad or cranky around you! Thanks Star"
"Well, that is one of the byproducts of being my friend. Now, annoyed? That happens when I do stuff like accidentally blast a sign off of a fast food place, causing it to fall on a police car. I was so sure I was going to go to jail I ran away. That lasted like, a day and a half. Thanks to a really weird lady who made things out of hair." Star said quite seriously.
"Never sugaring my burritos again. Me and too much sugar are a really bad combination."
(Giggles) Eden lays down on the bed facing up at the ceiling next to star. "I accidentally mentally froze a classmate for twenty minuted because he was mean."
"We totally need to put something on the ceiling." Star commented, grabbing her wand "Rainbow Air Painting!"
The ceiling seemed to blur and the whole thing seemed to become like the screen you'd see in a Paint or Photoshop program. "So, you point with your finger at the color..." Star pointed at the palette and her finger turned hot pink. "...then point at where you want it." She drew a pair of hearts like the ones on her cheek, and they appeared on the ceiling. Then she pointed a blank spot on the palette and her finger turned back normal color.
Eden points at the celing at purple, making bubbles. She forgets for a moment to get the color off her hands.
"Don't worry, it won't color anything but the ceiling and... us." Star tapped a pretty bright blue color and turned on her side, giving Eden blue six pointed stars on each of her cheeks. "See?"
Eden, inspired now, points at Star's elbow and makes a purple star there.
"Oho! It's going to be like that eh?" Star sat up and declared, wand in the air. "Let the doodle war begin!" she tapped a vaguely spaghetti-sauce sort of color and started to draw what was presumably a bowl of spaghetti on Eden's shoulder.
( more giggles ) Eden tries to doodle on the other girls belly. There is a big grin on her face.

"I suppose I could cheat and use my wand, but where's the fun in that?" Star tapped a bright yellow and started to color a huge handlebar mustache on Eden's face.
Now at this point Eden is laughing so hard she can barely stay atop the bed She tries to pin the other girl school girl style. Staring at Star eye to eye, wearing a big grin and a big yellow mustache, she headbutts her.
Star blinked. "Whuu... What. Did - did you, you did. I... I..." Then she laughed. "I have yellow on my face too." She pressed the reset button on the ceiling and all of the color went away.
"Yay!" She gives Eden a hug. "I think I'm hungry. All the talk about food got my tummy rumbling."
"Good, lets go get some burritos then. I think I can find the lunchroom. "
"They have burritos here at the school?! Why didn't you say so? Cloudy! ... ah darn, other me has Cloudy. We can just walk, I guess." She popped up.
Now Eden is pretty smart and gifted with a good memory, does her best to lead them to it "Good, lets go get some burritos then. I think I can find the lunchroom. "

Upon hearing the words of the other, Emilia feigned surprise, and enthusiastically said, "Omg that's sooo lucky! Well, it wasn't a rare occurrence for old dormers to forget some of their things. Some would sell their old textbooks while other kind souls would simply left theirs. It's really helpful! Although she never really needed to worry about those things. She was supported financially by her guardian that sometimes, it made her guilty about her nightly activities. Although her grades rarely suffered.

It didn't take long before they arrived in front of their door. Emilia patted her pockets multiple times before she eventually found her key. "Aha! Here it is!" With that said, she opened the door to their room.

Lizette Clark

[Location: Downtown Starlight City]
As Lizette turned to pass through an alleyway, she realized that she may have forgotten her textbook in the library. She couldn't help but sigh at her carelessness. Although, she had been in a rush to leave, not wanting to stay and have to interact longer than she has to.

As she reached the middle of the alley, a pair of drunken men entered and blocked her pathway. 'Drunk this early?' Well, she can't say that she didn't expect it. After all, she lived in the bad part of the city. Renting a place in this thug filled part was cheap and it was a place where no one really cared for the identity of another. It was a great place to live in for someone like her.

Although what annoyed her constantly would be how people easily picked a fight. It was a waste of time, and she would like to avoid one if she could. She had better things to do after all, and she could easily break their hands. Something that one of the males would soon experience if he decided to continue with his catcalls and if he dares to touch her.

Maya smiled back at her and didn't even blink twice as she mentioned how lucky it was to come across textbooks. She had managed to go through the whole school year with those books. She was happy that her father was supporting her as well. She would look around and noticed that no one was really here which made her sad. She was hoping to get to meet some other girls, but it seemed that the cards were not there. Hopefully her neighbors were nice and didn't bring home their boyfriends to the dorm.

The very first thing to notice was that the room was fully furnished. Attached on the table was a cute card that read " For the next tenants. Spend on the money on whatever roommate activity you want." It consisted of a few board games, a set of textbooks and about fifty dollars on the table. " That was awful nice of the last tenants.

Tyler Darkness

After his failed attempt to get a conversation with his ex and win him back, Tyler wasn't in any mood to deal with anyone. The best place to avoid people was downtown. Nobody went there and made sure to look around when he looked over at him. He had decided to shortcut through the alleyway to just breath. Of course with his luck, he ran into the alleyway with another person and what there was to do. He took a deep breath and decided to see what was going to happen. There was something about all of this that was rubbing him the wrong way and he would look at the ground, keeping his emotions in check. He could easily send the men into a coma or to the hospital.

He would adjust the collar of his leather jacket and look at the other men. " I would leave her alone, I'm pretty sure she could break your hands, gentleman and she doesn't harm you, I wouldn't be above breaking you," he replied, looking over them without missing a beat. There was something about the way he said it that was mildly threathening. He could make them feel pain....his pain. That would feel good.

Lincoln Campbell

Lincoln hadn't been planning to come and see Steven and T-Rae but he didn't like all of this weirdness. He would knock three times and waited for them to answer. He wanted to make sure he hadn't gone crazy and they had gone to before they got here. There was something that made the inhuman about this whole time travel situation. Probably didn't help that he hadn't found him settled and now everthing was just so wrong.

Angelo

Angelo took a deep breath and smiled at Cyndee. " So, I think I see someone else not too far and tall, dark and mysterious is gone, so there is also that. Maybe we can figure out why we are he-" He paused and looked over at a building. " Superior Industires.... wasn't that the name of the company who was in New York? Think they take walk in... we should wait for the woman but I feel like this is a good sign."

Matthew Harris/Twiggy

Matthew had taken it upon himself to help whoever needed it. After he had helped David and Shorius escape the police ( it wasn't their fault that someone was being a dick), he would be on the lookout for any heroes he could find. He remembered there was a woman named Savina who had signed up, it was probably jarring to be displaced.

@Michale CS

Nathan Stone

Nathan had taken a moment to breathe and stare outside of the room he knew Eden had gotten. He would knock twice. Maybe this was a bad idea.... god,, was he so damn awkward about being polite? He just wanted to check on his friend.

Ryan Thorn

Ryan had decided to take a walk without Orion. It would be good to get some fresh air and he wanted to get to know some of his neighbors. He would also be on the lookout for anyone he couldn't remember. A lot of people had reappeared or been displaced during the shift... and it might be a good idea to help them.

The room looked great, they both had their own beds and a study table too. Not that she used those often. Partially because she preferred to study on her bed, and also because she often crammed her studies. Being a hero had made her much too busy, and her childhood failed to ingrain a study habit. "Looks like it's just the two of us then. Too bad, the more the merrier after all!" Despite her words, it wasn't such a bad thing since it made sneaking in and out much easier.

"Aw that's so sweet of them! We should definitely do something nice for the next ones too!" She said as she stationed her suitcase at the corner of the room and approached her roommate. "Sooo which side of the room do you want to have?"

Lizette Clark

"Smart man." Lizette thought when she heard the newcomer's words. She was quite prepared to handle the three. Of course, she wouldn't use her abilities. It would be a waste especially when it would be easy enough to handle them without it.
Although if she were to be honest, the dark haired male exuded a dangerous vibe. Looking back at the drunken fools, she told them coldly. "I suggest you listen to him."

Like most drunken people. They did not do as they were told. A mistake they'll learn soon enough. One of the men went for Lizette who, since they simply thought of her as a damsel in distress, thought one would be enough to overpower her. The male was sluggish in his movements and aimed to grab her by the hair. However, before he could even touch a strand, she grabbed his wrist. True to her word, she broke his wrist and delivered a swift kick to his stomach. The man landed on a the concrete, crying and screaming about his hand. She could care less about his cries.

The other two went for the newcomer, and instead of helping out - not like she even had any incentive to do so - she simply observed to see what he would do. She wanted to see if he could follow through with all his talk. She despised those who tried to play hero with their talk but fail to put in action.

" ♪ ♫ ♬ Knock three times on the ceiling if you waaant meee. Twice on the pipe if the answer is no. ♪ ♫ ♬ " I sang out as I answered the door. " Oh, hey Lincoln. What's up?" I looked at Steven with a shrug. "So I like old songs."

"Cyn!" Firefly flew up to Cyndee and Angelo. "You made it here. That oracle was really an oracle after all."
"Oracle?" Cyndee looked blankly at her friend.
"Sort of a long story." She looked over at Angelo. "You're that reporter. You got caught up here too huh?"
"Probably my fault. I was at Angelo's place last I remember before I was here."
"Oh. Ohhh. Well, not a bad catch."
"I thought so too. So, Mister Reporter wants to go investigate this Superior Industries..."
"Not before you and I get settled in here. What're we gonna do if we get told to go home? No home to go to."
"And I want at least one Chardonnay in me before I do anything like that. You wanna do some investigating, Angelo? Find us a place to crash here in this new city. See, Firefly and I here go way back and I'm sort of like her Alfred... or Jarvis."
"As if. More like you're Lucy to my Ethel."
"Close enough."

The two women, one he'd just slept with and one floating near him at about 3 feet tall and on fire, stared at Angelo for an answer...

At a random coffee shop in Starlight City...

That's where Matthew caught up with Savina. She had cut her hair and was in her new costume; she'd never finalized one at Sky High, she had just worn regular clothes.
Savina in Costume.jpg "Hey. Can I help you?" With her enhanced senses she totally knew it was Twiggy and they had worked together once before the reset, but she wasn't about exposing people's secret identities. Plus, would he even remember, or recognize her in her outfit? Well, she didn't wear a mask but clothes and hair can really change things...

Poor Nathan had NO idea what he was getting into...

Star Excited.png"Heyy! Another new friend! Hi, Nathan, we met once, This is my friend Eden- Oh, you probably know her since you knocked on our door and since I don't remember that I told you where I was staying before you must know Eden was here!" *GASP!* "Oh wait, since you're a boy and coming to her room does that meaan... You're her boooyyyfreeeennd?" Star whirled on Eden. "You never told me you had a boyfriend, wait... you don't cause.. and then.. Uh oh. Well, um, uh this got awkward. Well, that's okay! Come on in and we can talk okay?" She rushed Nathan into the room closing the door behind him and practically shoving him in the direction of Eden.
